  1. Can someone recommend a builder who doesn't have a 6 month wait Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Damn, that's gonna cost half of what I paid for the whole setup, with shipping and everything lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I will look into it, thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Wasn't planning on it. Maybe when I tear it down for annual inspection. Do you think I should do it now? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I paid $400 for a brand new wiseco 4mm LR crank, Pistons, cylinders and head. I believe they are 65.5mm but appear to have been re-sleeved. Maybe not though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I bought this head in a package deal, and I don't need it. It is supposed to be for a small bore stock cylinder 4 mill engine. $60 shipped Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Before After Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Yeah no shit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Here are some pics of the jugs I received, and some trouble spots that will be fixed using porting tools And say goodbye to this puny exhaust port. Very different port shape and size to come Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Does this look right as far as where the shift forks go? And is it common for this shaft to have about 1/8" of play in and out? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks man. I got a steal on this thing considering how clean everything is. ^This. The plastic is not bolted down.
  12. I bought this banshee a couple months ago. Nice clean roller with a set of sand and dirt tires. T5's 34mm carbs and a complete motor minus Pistons. So I sold the crank jugs and pipes so I could upgrade to a 4 mill crank, do some porting and get some better pipes. I should be getting my crank Pistons and jugs in the mail tommorow, so I am starting to clean up the cases and put the tranny in currently. Pics Old gasket residue on cases Mating surfaces cleaned up with scotch brite Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I miss that thing. It had Paul turner hi-revs and pulled forever. Didn't even do much exhaust port work at all either
  14. I sold the bike but it cut down on the misses shifts massively
  15. I did look, figured it would be pinned but it wasn't I did look, figured it would be pinned but it wasn't. I found it elsewhere, thanks.
  16. Thanks, I am fairly certain though that a 2mm spacer will put my transfer duration right around where it needs to be. But if not yes this is the route I will take
  17. Thanks for the help brother. Just curious why did you divide by 2? So is 11.5 too much for race gas? Hell I might just get pump gas domes cut I dont think i have enough paddle to even use the extra HP (9 paddle haulers)
  18. SO the big question is, do I need to obtain a zero deck height befor thinking about domes? If I remember correctly this is a zero deck height engine, correct? If so I can figure how to get there. Should be a 1.5m spacer and (2) .020" gaskets
  19. 6.54cm bore x 5.8cm stroke is 379.9cc / 18cc = 21.106:1 Or is that the right way to do it? I'm not sure Sweet. Does it have gaskets?
