  1. I assume Bentley is AKA Dunetoyz? According to him those are typical ported 4mill numbers. For some reason I assumed it needed to be a drag motor on meth to warrant a lock up. Guess not Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Yeah mine only pulled 68 Hp on the dyno but it is a very conservative dyno. Or maybe it only pulled 68 because it is slipping. Dunno Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. A 426cc blaster? If so how did you get that kind of CC? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ok so I just got my banshee back from my builder and the clutch is slipping pretty bad. It is a ported 4 mill with 3 super stiff clutch springs and 3 stiff ones. Clutch plates appear to have plenty of life left. Is this pretty typical for a pump gas motor? At what HP level is a lockout usually needed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. For comparison, a cammed raptor 700 makes about 50hp on this particular dyno Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Get avgas domes and a shitload of timing. Bet you feel a significant difference. If you can get avgas Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. A properly built 521 will blow the tires off unless you are in the sand with a shitload of paddle or drag racing on asphalt. Waste of money on trails in my opinion. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. +4 timing, clutch was slipping even with heavy springs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. 4mill 65.5 34pj CPI Timing plate Pump gas domes 196ex 124trans VF4 Builder told me if I was in the 60's I would be on par with other 4 mills he dynoed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. The builder says these numbers are in line with other banshees with my mods. Not bad for a homemade dremel port job Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. This is my motor on the lowest reading dyno in the state Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Finished porting the cylinders, ordered VF4 reeds and CPI inframes. Dropped off to Dunetoyz yesterday for domes, inspection, assembly and dyno. Will update with dyno numbers, have ported about 4-5 jugs, this is the first I dyno. Excited to see results. Any guesses? 4mil dune ported by me with cpi's and pump gas domes.... 14. What lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I understand that, but for the bearing with the circlip slit to ride in the circlip, you have to put it in backwards. All I did was removed the o ring from the one bearing, put it in the other bearing and flipped the crank. Everything seems to be ok now. They just put the o ring in the wrong bearing from the factory obviously Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. No the beArings are backwards. The one with the c clip goes on the clutch side and it's on the stator side! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Shouldn't the bearing with the o ring be on the stator side? Or am I tripping? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Is it just me or are the bearings in the wrong ends of the crank Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. You were right, I was able to set the bushing back in with a socket and a hammer. Lost a damned circlip though lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Ok found something that doesn't quite look right. This gear is supposed to spin independently of the shaft but it is in somewhat of a bind; it takes some force to spin it; is that normal? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. For some reason my transmission is binding up when I rotate the assembly, and the manual I have is hard to read, so I'm not sure if it is put together properly..... How does this look? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Thanks my friend Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Will any 2 stroke wiseco 65.6mm ring set fit on a 795m06550 piston? Sorry I had an ebay link but obviously you cant post links anmore
  24. Well worst case I can raise the transfers, right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
