I had the same problem with mine a while back... oil was comming out of the over flow and i tore it dow to find a bad crank bearing and leaking seal... i caught it before it did any damage so i got lucky... the gasses were pressurising the case and the fluid was being forced out

I have a set of sst pipes... some rust near the inlets the silencers powercore 2 sst are dented up though... idk if u would want sst's but make an offer if you are interested

Ok... has anyone used carbon fiber film on fenders or any other parts? How does it hold up and how difficult is it to use? I want to use it on my fenders because i cant justify getting new plastic just to cut them to fit the oversize tank and r2 s im getting... i also like how my rear is cut and cant find anyone that makes them similar. Any input is greatly apprecited...thanksguys

Hey guys ... Im looking for a stator cover... I want either polished or chrome but ive heard of carbon fiber plastic ones also? I want something to dress up the ugly half of my engine so nothing thats all scratched or dented thanks

yeah and for the next storm, fab up some mounts to put skis on the front end... i did it on mine and its a blast! just make sure if u make brackets that bolt to the wheel studs to put limiters on them so they cant spin around

check your jetting... if you are lean on one side it would cause it to run hotter... if your jetting seems right then maby a bad crank seal? anything that would cause a lean condition on one side would do it

I just had the same problem on mine... oil everywhere coming from the breather. I thought about just doing the seals but decided to do it right and split the cases... When i did, half of the crank bearing was gone banghead So moral of the story, something may have caused that seal to go out and id put money on that crank bearing being shot

If you buy new t-5s from toomey they will send you the jets uni filter air box vents and all the gaskets for the pipes... ? not sure if thats the rout you are looking for
