I have a old gauge from my fsther my first banshee had 70 also in both with that gauge others have had 195 with that gauge and I have tested the gauge with special06shee's at camp. So it could still run and start at 70 psi not sure how but mine did as well. But I would get another gauge amd confirm. But yea rebuild it sounds like its shot.
Bottom line ya have to be honest with yourself on what you want. If your a drag racer ya might not like it if you like to ride and race for fun thats what the serval is about.
I just got a stock 700 raptor "40 hp" it is way more fun to ride than my "100hp" 543 banshee on trails and just riding and even on the smaller hills. Now granted racing up a hill was more fun on the banshee but we trail ride way more so I said fuck it amd got a raptor and now ride with my kids.
There is a place for all cylinders and porting types you just need to figure out which works for you.

Fuck I cut domes on my engine lathe a few times hell even from blanks they never looked like that.
That is just pure laziness no need for a custom ground tool bit there he just put the compound at 11 deg then 45 then just straight in.

I ran the dynoport with trinity 2 into 1 carb 35 pwk and liked it that being said I would not run it again a set of fmf and stock carbs seems as good and more power. but that being said not 600$ worth better.
now that I got away from the 2 into 1 stuff I would never recommend it to anyone even in the woods. I did try a shearer 2 into 1 never really jetted it right but it did seem way better on my motor than the dynoport.
really depends how much you want to spend I would put the pwk on the other manifold and call it a day

I always check.. on the after market cylinders it is almost always fine, when I do my own stock cylinders I don't let them have as much clearance on the piston to wall so some times I need to file them
I had my old serval set up for hillsit was way rich putting around but that is where it ran the best in and out of the throttle on hills.. I'm just wondering if a ported stocker an get 3 or so hrs putting around I wonder what a serval counld get tuned for trails
what kinda run time in the trails are you guys getting on your 421 servals? I am getting out of climbing and want to trail ride more my 543 is a lot on trails wonder if the 421 would be cool I liked my 465 serval but was a gas pig!!!!! if I do a 421 it needs to be able to trail ride for a while on a tank of fuel
