Im not saying its manly not to shower im saying sometimes you only have what you have, I have a shower setup I made but with it as cold and windy as it was the water was freezing no one wanted to use it so we used a wash cloth and just got washed up. Im just pointing out not everyone has a big camper trailer. And to just go and have fun and make the best with what you have

Going camping can be fun by just roughing it.. me and the kids go alot with almost nothing just a wash jug and a bucket to shit in it works good we sleep in my dodge pick up its fun and we have a blast.. the wife got a week end off for once so she went with for a four day trip with us it ended us being cold and windy as fuck, for 2.5 of the days they tried the tent but were way to cold so we slept in the truck all 4 of us my wife never bitched once it was a great trip. It was funny to see everyone with there 30 ft campers bitching about the weather I just laughed at them. Its called camping its ok to rough it

I have yet to have a bad riding trip and yes I have rode in 8 deg winter weather ,100 plus deg summer weather, thunder storms , went to hospitals to get fixed up etc etc it is what you make of it as long as I'm out with some buddies its a good time

To hang out with all the guys you bs with on here.. who cares if its cold or has ugly chicks the whole point of the trip is to bs talk some shit have fun drink and ride once in a while. . Make the trip it will be fun

If you can get a good measurement from the top of cyl to the top of exhaust port. As a reference as to how high the port was raised as long as they did not go to high which does not look like they went hog wild they might give ya a nice little bit extra. All depends what ya really want out of it.

I would not go from the 421 to the 485 if it were me.. either get yours ported and domes ect or get a 535 if you want to keep the pv's and get it worked over as well.. the bottom end of the 535 will be a lot of power in the trails trust me unless you have a long swinger on it, it will wheelie I trail mine around but I really would not call it trails.. if you honestly love your 421 get someone that ports cheetahs to work it over it will run with a trinity 485 im sure of that and its way cheaper

Depending on who ported it the shearers would work great.. I did a set of cyl to the specs shearer told me would work good and cut a set of domes this was for a stock stroke .08 over stock cyl it pulls great down low and runs good on top.. but if your exhaust ports are real high bottom end will suck.

I believe pistons would just be too much $$$ for the average guy imo.. now maybe the big time racer would but even then I bet the piston would be 3 times the cost.. would be neat to see if it helps thou
