Twister small blocks have excellent cooling. I have a 10 mil 75 mil bore and putt with my grandchildren since 2010 with no problems at all.

I just bought a set of 3/4 buff 22/11/8 10 paddle in new condition for $100 and bottle rum. They are haulers. -
When you decide to go with a 4 mil I would recommed a Twistercrankshaft small block a little spendy however they can be bored and are reliable.

I launch the 10 mil in 1st it has 16-43 gearing. I launch the 4 mil in 2nd with 15-41 gearing.

It will not hold up. You need to put a sleeve in the hole or helicoil the hole. If you heilcoil the hole I would recommend setting the heilcoil with liquid thread. Went the same problem with my cousins banshee.

There is not much of a difference. I run pc on a 4 mil drag ported.

VMs are way of the mark from jetting. Be prepared to go several jets from the stock jetting. I found this out jetting for a blaster. If your are going to keep them be prepared to spend a lot to get the jetting right.

I run a 4 mil drag ported st cyl. without a spacer plate. My domes are wiseco 4 mil domes for stock cly. bores. It is a great sleeper quad with a stock swing arm. Have good time riding whatever you choose.

On my 4 mil I use a twister head with 4 mil domes and it uses stock studs. It uses prodesign domes.
