or you could be running too thick of oil in your trans. drain it and run atf and change it a little more often.

We did some research on it a while ago too and the only thing that the windows really do is when the piston is coming back down they allow the fresh mixture to shoot back up and into that little port on the top. So we decided that it is not worth grinding them out.

I did that! I just drilled out the whole outlet and then ported the aux and the main nozzles together and modified the seal so I just always run it on aux and my carbs haven't ran out of fuel since!

OK! So this weekend I broke off my shifting mechanism adjusting bolt nut and lock washer and ran them all threw my primary drive and driven gears. It broke off several teeth etc. I'm not sure yet if it hurt my crank etc. But here are some parts I need. Driven and drive gears (I prefer straight cut but let me know what you've got) Also the shifting mechanism adjust bolt, nut, and lock bolt. A modified shift star. Maybe some new cushions for the stock clutch basket. A clutch side gasket. And a few of the screws that hold on the clutch side cover that don't have stripped out heads. I hope that's all for now. I am looking for a rear shaw that I can run on my no link setup. at this point about any length should work. I also need a set of STOCK exhaust hangers for the front. I would like them to be in decent shape but if not pm me anyway. I can fix them! I also would like a set of sbsf oof shearer drag pipes with no welds or cracks or egt etc. let me know!

why you selling it? did it not run well?

My bike used to sputter up top too. I was running out of fuel. Even if you have a pingel it is possible that your gas cap is not letting enough air in so you end up with negative pressure in your tank. I just drilled out my cap and it fixed it. My friend's bike was doing the same thing a few months ago and he could not get it to run so he sold my dad his cylinders, pistons, carbs, pipes etc and took the bike to K&T to get the DM put on it and Kim asked what was wrong with it, Brandon told him it was cutting out up top! Kim pulled the gas cap and couldn't even blow through it it was so clogged! So after new plugs different fuel, jet change after jet change after jet change ........ then he spent $5g to get all this shit done, but it was his gas cap. lol! So check that! just loosen the cap and do a run or try a different cap.
