32:1 is what I run. 24:1 is very rich and not needed. Just run 32:1

T6 is good if you don't want to mod your engine. T5s are good and they will work better than the T6 If u want to mod

Yup scotch bright works wonders. It should scuff it up plenty. If you don't feel it is enough then use some 600 grit paper. But a good pad is all u should need. Orileys sells good scuff pads tho
