  7. When I talk about getting into mud, I mean some serious mud!!! Mud to the point that my fenders are sagging to the tires!!! Mud to the point that it take 30 min to wash it at the car wash!!! Mud in every nook and cranny!!! Lol. That's the type of mud that I think would cause me problems without the box lol I can't weld for shit, but I do know a few ppl who could handle that... Good advice, thanks
  8. I just have a hard time seeing pods with outerwears deflecting water very well, not to mention them getting getting covered in mud lol. I would like to get something that I can take off and get out of the way easily and not have to dick around with boots and crap every time I re-jet lol Right now I'm running stock airbox with k&n pro flow kit/filter but it's a real bastard to do anything with my carbs
  9. With 14/41 and 20" tires I was topping out at 86mph according to my gps. I believe that each tooth = about an 8mph difference in your top speed

  11. I painted mine and have had no trouble with it... I'm in trails, ditches, creeks, and gravel all the time riding. Plus I rolled it a cpl weeks ago and everything is holding up nicely...
  12. Just go to the plumbing dept at the hardware store and get a cpl 2" rubber hoses and that should work for u.

  14. Ok so I do alot of trail riding and get into ALOT of mud and water with the shee, so open pods is not an option for me... Question I have is... Have any of you ever made a set up with 35pwk carbs, running pods and the airbox? If so how did you do it? Any thoughts, suggestion or advice anyone can send my way would be great... Thanks

  19. Tors elimination, noss cool head, vf3 reeds, advanced timing, 4mil crank and matching port work. Oh and longer swingarm lol
