  3. its just a tactic i seen a lot of people do....just kick slow so u dont kill yOURSELF heavy oil concentraion sitting in the carbs will make for a slow start
  4. the more it sits the harder it will be...u are using the choke? sometimes u need to kick it slow just to pump fuel around then give it a good starting kick.....the bog may be in your pilots..or need le adjustment
  5. oh well....I guess ill find out i did it already.....do they all breathe through the tank?? I dont know what brand it is
  6. you dont need throttle on a comp check..you are just checking the psi in each cylider...leave one plug in and try it.....make sure u are givin it few kicks and getting the max result
  7. Buy a set of cuts, save yours in case you dont like it....once u cut there is no turning back and platics never go bad.... u want a set a cuts PM me I have two i am looking to unload

  9. I have a dune tank I dont know what one..I will get some pics up for you...i just painted it black.......I does not have the cuts in the side like the stock cover does its just all flat........It sits a little higher and is slightly wider IMO....I'll get some pics for u
  10. Did it happen all of a sudden.....Sounds rich as hell........way to much fuel bogging out then cleans out at high RPM......100 psi is on the lower side 115 is good...def sounds like a fuel issue though.... the gap good on the stator - flywheel????
  11. I run 22 Razrs and love them.....they are a great all around tire...... Better Ground clearnce I run the same tire 21X7X10 up front and it works well the shee has the power to break them loose and drift no problem but they grab when u want them too...
  12. It may help to slowly kick it with switch off to get carbs going and then give it a good kick.......i heard of people doing thatt

Just wanted drop this out there......There is an event called dirt days located in Logan, WV its about 100 bucks for all weekend...includes....permit to ride on haitfield mccoy trail system and some other goodies as well as admission to all the events on site..... info located at www.thunderblastonline.com the reason for the post is that unless they get a ton of pre registered people next yr it may be the last year for the event.....I have a blast and love this evetn more than trailfest..... I know some members have been years ago...post your pics, i will try to get some up, but its something keep in the back of your mind, i will post again as time draws near, but pics would be cool from a few years ago. They are trying to make it more family oriented the past three years the event has been under new management. I heard years ago it was crazy....lets bring it back boyz They have a sweet drag strip.....mud pit... and nice facility....camp out and have fun
  16. I am just waiting on your paypal hank for crank and cylinders
  17. I explained the physical difference of top end and bottom end in your engine in earlier post If you are describing Power loss using Top end and bottom end Top end = High RPM Range Bottom End = Low RPM range There is also a mid range for power just before your power band above your low end rpms....... Power loss can be cause by a lot of things...exactly what area do you feel your losing power????
  18. re reading your post - how muc htime do you have on the shee??? YOu do know they have powerbands and are different than a warrior four stroke bike??? and if your bottom end goes, your engine will probably lock up cause a rods melted to the crank not lose power like a top end does.....
  19. Top End = pistons, rings, cylinder head Bottom End = the crank and rods On a shee do a compression check should be around 120 on a stock set up if this is low (less than 90) then you need a top end (new rings and pistons) It should need a few kicks to get going if you need rings if tuned right and have good compression your shee should fire right up one or two kicks Different pipes will have your shee pull at different areas of rpm scale.......example drag pipes = high rpm mid range = low/mid range like it says high revs = for high rpm four stroke definitons are the same for top and bottom end IF the ? is for the warrior....Losing TOp end power or overall power= needs new rings possibly...or jetting is off depending on pipe/carb set up a four stroke does not have a power band like your shee and if it has a power loss it should be throughout the rpms a compression check on this will tell you as well i do not know factory specs though I had a warrior and unless you rev the hell out of it all the time the rings last a loooong time The transmission does not change how the power is transferred it will only effect top speed/ rpm based on gearing nothing to do with power loss Hope that helps
  20. I was hoping these were going to fall in the box with the pipes I got
