Hi, im in need of a set of banshee headlights, i dont paticularly care what color they are or anything, id just like them to plug in and work. im not lookin to go brook here especially sence i know ebay has em for 20-40 bucks all the time, i just would rather deal with reputable people here on banshee hq. i do usps money orders (paypal just annoys me), thanks, patrick.

hey, i have a 93 banshee with yfz450 front shocks with stock banshee a arms (previous owner converted it), and it handles amazing, in fact its so good it makes you notice how bad the stock rear shock really is. the guy i got it from also gave me yfz450 a arms and told me he tried them with it and it sat like 4 inches off the ground, so that could be a cost effective solution for a budget drag racer, but not for a woods or mx bike.

hi, im in the process of making my banshee a reliable trail/pit machine, and in the process i decided i wanted a kill switch, because mine died and my tors are removed (duh). ive seen tether kill switches for banshees, but they all say banshees must bypass the key switch. has anyone used one, and are they worth getting?

Porting a Banshee witha stock exhaust
Pat the one the only replied to Klaus's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
dam, ive always wanted a quadzilla, they look freak'n fast. plus its not suzukis fault if some idiot decides to jump on the fastest quad made and get themselves hurt, its the persons fault for riding beyond their ability. -

hi, im really intrested in the junk inside the stock pipes, im wondering why yamaha would spend more time and money to put junk in the pipes that just decreases peformance, wouldnt they rather have a faster cheaper machine? plus id really like pics of what the things that go in the pipes look like, thanks. -
Banshee wont shut off
Pat the one the only replied to Corndiddly5885's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
this same thing happened on my friends bike that i was riding, it was an 89 cr250 bored to a 290 something, with a full exhuast,i was going 5th gear across a field and running out of room, so i tryed to slow down, but the bike just ripped up in a wheelie and the kill switch wouldnt work! i finaly used the rear brake to stall it out, i was scared shitless, afterwords he said "it does that sometimes". -
dam, i thought dmc's were a good pipe, ive only heard good things about them, literaly, they sound sick.

stock banshee jets
Pat the one the only replied to Pat the one the only's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
i actually got it pretty good, i took the carbs apart, and cleaned every single part and jet, then switched to 25 pilots with the snorkel off and it was okay but i think i found the problem, the choke tube was missing so i put a new one on. to bad my banshees apart right now, waiten for a shock, bearings, plastics, and some random parts like a kill switch, new air filter, plus some random odds and ends (like lights). thanks guys. -
Still Not Exactly Right

my banshee is stock peformance wise except for a boost bootle, so does 25 pilots and 200 mains sound right for about 900 ft above sea level? -
carb choke tube
Pat the one the only replied to Pat the one the only's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
um, i put a tube on but now im not sure if i put it on the right place, crap. if you look at the right carb, the one with the choke, and follow the choke to the other side of the right carb, theres a hose mount slightly below it, is that it, or is it farther down, cause i didnt see anything lower to mount on. -
carb choke tube
Pat the one the only replied to Pat the one the only's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
awesome, i just cut a tube out of brand new fuel line for it and hooked it up, too bad im out of gas and my shees apart but this might be why my bike doesnt want to start cold, plus it has a slight bog and doesnt have a good powerband. -
just wondering, i think my cdi box is aftermarket, because its red and has a silver sticker under it that says banshee, or is that a stock one?
-
Hey, after rejeting my carbs i noticed that first off my carbs have almost no vent hoses where there should be, but also im pretty sure theyre's supposed to be a tube running between the carbs for the choke, first off what would happen if it wasnt there peformance wise, cause that might be my problem, but also could someone post a pic of what its supposed to look like?

what size wrench do you need for the stock axle nuts, because my axle wobbles a little bit, but the axle nuts are also lose, because you can see the sprocket hub moving, but heres the catch, the two axle nuts are mashed together, because some genius nailed them on a rock or something and crushed half of the first one.

Awesome, pm me with your address, i already sent mine, thanks.

stock banshee jets
Pat the one the only replied to Pat the one the only's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
Mine has the snorkel removed, but the previous owner gave me it and a bunch of extra parts (no balencer pipe though ), so i put it on one day and it ran like it had fouled plugs or the spark plug caps werent on, it sucked! even with the 25 pilots and 200 mains it still feels kinda rich, it doesnt have great top end wich is what banshees are known for, so idk.
