    is ur pickup coil rubbing the flywheel? r you sure its comeing from the engine and not the chain roller? i had a worn out roller and i thought i fucked up my tranny cuz i heard a weird grinding noise but it was just the chain sliding off the roller

    i break mine in by starting it let it idle for 5 mins blip the throttle acouple times then kill it repeat again then the 3rd time i take it around my field quarter throttle 3rd gear then the final time i shift through all the gears 3/4 throttle then its ready to go i always let the cyls get cold to the touch inbetween heat cycles

    i run pcs on my 421 serval great pipe for trail and play riding but it is a pretty much a mid range pipe pulls like a mofo mid range then smooths out on the top end

    through m&m the 421 kit (68mm cub cylinders,4mil crank,head, domes, and pistons) was $1700 then with small stuff like billet basket new clutches lock out lockout cover and dunable override i have $2500 into it

    also i had the exact same prob with my 1-5 it would shift fine every couple pass but then i found out you need to have your shifter perfectly adjusted or it will not shift right

    ur compression is low 19cc domes might be time for new rings

    then you prolly just need new rings pull the head off and check piston to cylinder clearence and make sure ur cylinder isnt scored up

    kick it a good 20-30 times per cylinder only way to do it just to make sure and 100 psi seems pretty low

    that is correct i built it clutches were slipping and somhow notched the fuck out of my basket put a lock up and billet basket in works great
