Just curious if anyone has clocked the difference in top speed from a 13 to 14 front? In MPH...

X2, Just recently happened to me, luckily it was on the pressure plate side. Replaced with the upgraded pancake bearing.

Downside to Twist on an ATV is the amount the bars have to move to stear. There is a lot more leaning to stear involved on a 2 wheeler so you dont have to use the bars as much. Makes throttle control a little tougher in tight areas for people that dont have experience with them.

Man i would be calling them Multiple times a-day, everyday. I know you shouldn't have to but it has obviously reached the point where you have been fucked, so you might as well speed up the process yourself. The squeaky wheel gets the grease...

If it is stuck in 4th, than it is stuck in 4th... If the push rod welds itself to the pressure plate or to the tranny side, than you can still go through gears, you just cant use you clutch, it will be stuck engaged(Doesnt Necessarily mean it wont shift). Try just using the shifter to see if it will pop out of gear, if not then you need to open up the clutch side and have a look. The shift shaft could be locked between two pins. None the less your gonna have to open it up.

Just curious what the total cost was for all those mis-matched parts for your 450 front end... Seems buying a +2 +1 set up made for the banshee would cost close to the same, unless you purchased everything used and found some good deals.

I think a lot of it has to do with what they train/teach their employees at bike shops. 2 strokes just arnt in the employees handbook anymore. I dont even bother going to the local shop anymore for Banshee specific parts, just order it online.

Those are both stock location arn't they? Just don't utilize the Stock airbox mounts?

X2 The overflow does not recirculate. So just run the hose somewhere the "OverFlow" can drain.

I cut down a stock swinger myself. And the -1 helps with handling as well as jumping. Makes the bike more balanced, since i have +2 +1 A Arms, a -1 Swinger helps make the banshees motor more center of the wheel base., since banshees motors are forward of center.

Mostly trails with some jumping, And i hit up the Dunes a few times a year.

What do you lube your heims with?

What type of rear tires are you running? I also dont run a swingarm skid plate, I just pay attention while i am riding and avoid big rocks or other objects directly under my swingarm. But shit happens.

I dont remember 100% but i would think that if its just a switch, than completing the circuit would engage the safety. Unless it is a Ground. Take the jumper out and see what it does.
