  2. hey guys I have a question. I moved my CDI up front and Im' in the process of cutting out all that is not needed. My question is my bike has had the tors removed mut the wires still in the harness. It appears that when chasing through the harness they had the black and yellow wires still connected to a ground. Is this necessary just dont want to finish my harness and it won't run or something.
  3. I tried it with no rubbes and it seemed to have a little play with the fibers and steels. But I have only installed stock ones. I had a brain fart with the second question I did not put the bike in gear. so the pressure plate was just spinning. I will take the rubbers out ane re install. thanks for the help guy's
  4. Hey guy's i'm installing a new driveline clutch and have a few questions. 1. do I still use the rubber under the fibers? 2. with the steels not having the tab like stocks how do you tighten the clutch spring bolts. it just spins . am I not doing something right.

  12. Hey guys I have a good working PSP I'm looking to trade. I need a billet impeller or a drag clutch. I have new springs just need fibers and steel. if anyone is interested let me know and I will email pics.
  13. thanks for the link lots of good info in there. so if it test good then its good but I was curious about the rust. not sure how long it's been there. It was running when I tore the bike apart and the rust was there then. but now I'm going back together after my facelift and just makeing sure everything is good.
  14. have not done that and not sure how to do that. I have a meter but never used it to check oems. how do you do that?
  15. Only half of the stator is rusted the other half is shiny metal
  16. Does this thing look like it's still good? the other side there is no rust just metal showing.

  18. Got a question for you guy's. I took my stator off to put adjustable timing plate on and noticed some of the deals on the tips of the stator have rust on them. It was running fine before but was curious if I can clean the rust off or do I need a new one?

  23. putting my motor back together and the idler gear seams a little sloppy on the shaft. not shure if that is how it was before or not. It's not the shaft in the bearing it's the idle gear itself. just curious if this is how they are or if something is wrong.
