just changed the oil, no metal...this has happend once on the concrete racing a 10 mil and once at silverake gofing off (spinning bad),all other times it shifts good just seems to take alil more than i expected to shift it..this is my first override by the way

i do have a dunable overide and lockout..lol as for other answers ive only ran 80w oil,yes it was spinning hard at times, as for the shift star im not sure, i got the motor complete and haven tlooked i really dont want to tear this thig down and have to rush it back together,atf-f make it shift better?

hey guys, my mods are in my sig. how hard should ihave to pull up on the shifter to get my tranny to shift?? somtimes it shifts good with a moderate pull up, but a few times at silverlake this weekend it seemed like it wouldnt shift or i had to yank real hard up on the shifter...i havent backloaded it hard or anything that i can tell, and its never made any noise or grinding...i need some info in a hurry...ive got to be ready for the hq silver lake ride.... thanks guys chris

i have redline alky domes ,they are 19cc's and im at sea levelish. my 4mm cubpumps like 165-170lbs..runs like a raped ape.

need more info.......what lenght swinger? rider weight? sand type? flat or hill shoot? hp output? more motor info... i run 16/41 now with mods in my sig,and im 260 lbs

i cut mine down, if you dont want lights all you need is the plug to the cdi, the two coil wires, and the two wires for the key.. i used the wiring diagram in the manual to figure it all out.. ill look later and get the colors of the wires for you, what year do you have? chris

yep thats what i do, my yfz with the drag pipe is 100+db, and i have no clue what my cpi oofs are... im going to make a rig to carry both my quads on my truck, they will still check for sparkys but not sound. ive never been checked for sound in the last 4 years, and ive even gone threw with the drag pipe on, just make sure somone is getting checked and pull through. hope this helps, you guys should go on the banshee hq weekend ..

like it says , i just bought a tyson +8 no link swinger ansd a shaw from a guy. the dang shock is nowhere close to long enough....... hope somone has one thanks guys chris

when i first got my banshee, i raced my buddies banshee which had near the same mods.. my bike had bills pipes his had fmfs, i also had a set of fmfs (both fmf fattys). with the fattys on me and him were neck and neck through the whole race, then i put the bills on. with the bills on i was ahead of him by a bike or so every time. my opinion is there about the same, you can prolly tune a bike or so out of either by jetting. pick the one with the power delivery how you like it, imo the fattys hit harder but later. the bills are real smooth but louder. hope this helps

yea jeff,how much and what weight is it for?

can the shaws be adjusted for a heavy rider without sending it out to them? and do we have to have the front shaws to? i have elkas in front already set for my weight 260lbs
