im kinda in the same boat as the poster i have a +12 arm, what do we do for a shock and is a stiff rear better then a soft one for dragging?

so with the plugs the way they look,as long as it revs clean and pulls up stairs im safe? cool. just so i know what will it start to run like if it goes way to rich? besides no heat marks on the plugs..

im going ive got about 8 in my group, we stay at the silver sands. never hade a problem with any theft..

so am i to the point that im losing power because im rich? it was like 40* when i did these and it will be in the 60s here real soon. i want to be real safe,so i dont burn it down..the other plug hardly shows anything by the strap. also is 7* timming about right?

after riding i can hold my hand on the jugs all day.. the pipes ar hot though all the way to the silancers. it seems to run fine no bogging or anything,revs and pulls hard.. it does seem that it has a faster rev/ freerev when its cool or before a pass maybee this pic will turn out better

lol guess i spoke to soon, we can have a go at it friendly bansheeHQ competiton. ive never done a hill climb before so it should be fun.. ive been testing and for dragging the flats it seens to be the best gearing for me on flat ground is 16/41 leaving in second,with 72 ro 10 paddles....so like 14/41? i think the 12 over arm takes alil to much weight off the tires, but it still wheelies somtimes... tyler i got my hoodies and shirt ,they look good thanks bro..

ill be there, you got competiton....lol but my bikes slow so take it easy.. paycheck, are we starting on an incline or a short flat then incline, also what safty gear is needed for quads and any special things us quad guys should do to our bikes to help us out? also are all quads in the same class or by cc's???

wope these show well enough to help, my current jetting is .124 main .124 dumps 55 pilot with my power jet open all the way, im at like 600feet asl. i will be dragging this bike at silver lake on the first of next month so id say temps in the 50s thanks in advance oooo yea my timming is at 7* but u cant see a timming chang on the plugs...

hey when it starts doing the bog on launch, pul the chokes up and see if it goes away.. my guess is with the pipes and the changes its alil lean. if that works you can raise the needle and change jets to fix it...

so how is it that a well built 4mil cub on alky, can make 100 hp fairly simply and a 12 mil only goes 115-120 hp???but i guess your only changing the arm..

ill be there, i got a duner/drag yfz 450, and a 4mm cub drag/ shooter shee hope theres a little draging going on i just built this banshee and i hope its as fast as people tell me its going to be...... it made just over 100hp so i hope its fast, my yfz only make 53 hp .

i have a 4mm cib on methonol, 34mm pjs,fast clean up port, custom redline domes, i have cpi silenced bb oofs and i love them they may give up a bit on the bottom, but when you are drag racing i think they work better. you might notice more if you run just gas, try them and keep us posted chris

hey, i want to give a big thanks to alfie . i was in a huge rush for som drag axle parts and being the lazyass i am waited to the last min. to order so i called alfie, he replied fast and was very helpful. he knew just what parts i needed and got them to his shop fast! where the huge props go is we forgot about the holiday and no mail, well he steped up and is sending the parts overnight to me free of charge(not expected by the way). so i just wanted to say thanks and tell everyone that if you want a good deal on parts and second to none service give alfie a call ... chris

hey guys im building a yellow and black cascade look alike shee... i have a 06 yfz and i want the matching pair lol so my question is which aftermarket plastics match the 06 yellow the best??? the new 06 plastics from the dealer sre over $1000, and ive got $8000 into this thing and thats not in the pocket book. help and pics would be great, ive been all over the internet and no luck finding them there. thanks chris
