Allright, i just got my banshee together, well now my stator is out, and another one on the way thanks to alf. anyway, I was adjusting on my carbs with the tors elimination kit, forgot to tighten the nut, and one rattled out :/....can i just use a bolt with the same thread, or does it have to be that special bolt that don't have threads on the other half? Also, whats the specs on that bolt if i can do that?

check your valves!!! If you keep doing this your gonna rip the starter clutch out of it. sounds like it could def. be a jetting issue. if your airbox lid is off, get the HRC kit. put the 162 main in, the 48 pilot, and the 55 leak jet. put the clip on the needle in the middle position. then test it. make sure you check those valves first.

sounds like a bad hard drive to me. check your pm.

you need to rebuild the top end...stock compression should be around 120psi with no bigger than 5psi difference... hold throttle wide open and kick until the guage stops moving.

I'm not sure about those, but I would like to have the smaller billet ones. If you want some stock ones, I could take mine off and sell you them. I took the black plastic crossings that covers the lense off. I cut it off to make it kind of look like what the second picture of yours like. If you are interested, pm me. We might be able to work something out. Like i said, I wouldn't mind having the small billet ones.

I use klotz in the red and yellow jug, or the green jug. the green is the bean oil. i buy the red and yellow jug by the gallon through rmatv. i have always mixed 32:1

lol, well i don't really need a snap on for what i do. I think a craftsman would work fine for what I will use it for. 60 new i think, i might just go buy it new.

try craigslist, also stick it on ebay, they normally sell on both. most people don't want them because no camera, so everytime you get a pic message you got to go online to see it. I paid 40 for my curve locally. They used to be the same price as the world edition. im sure someone on ebay will buy it.

I am on the lookout for a nice torque wrench for a good price. I want name brand only, snap-on, bluepoint, craftsman, s&k, and I might be leaving out a few, but you get the point. Let me know what you want for it shipped to 62930. Looking to spend around 30 bucks.

Should I get piston and rings for both sides, or just the one if it needs it?

Well I had got a hole in my radiator, and bought one from a member on here. I was also getting water on my left cylinder because it was smoking real bad all of a suddon on the left side. So i buy this radiator, and buy a new head gasket. I get the head gasket in today, and start tearing her apart. I get the head off and I was checking my pistons out because I had just got this bike. Well, the left side ware nice and tight when it was all of the way up...The right side however had play in it from left to right, and up to down. Not sure if it just needs rings, or what. I haven't got that far yet. So more than likely she is going to get new set of piston's and new set of rings. (unless the right side just needs rings) So what should I bore it too? I was wanting to get the cool head with 20cc domes, i got toomy t6 exhaust, k&n pods, and the timing plate i ordered to make my timing +4 should be here today or tomorrow. I am wanting to use the stock crank as well
