  1. It's not much but I need the 2 Phillips head screws for the kill switch/light switch. Also do you have a thumb extended or any billit parts?
  2. is that a piece of garden hose on the end of the silencer and end of the header? my left side does not fit well at all...the clamp will bearly make the 2 meet. any suggestions?...the silencer doesnt even mount well at the last mount..the exhaust is in like perfect shape tho.
  3. Don't have the cash for a arms and shocks right now, so i am looking to buy some wheel spacers for the front. Anyone got any laying around?
  4. ehh, i think i changed my mind...don't think i want to go with a single.
  5. I got stock carbs with some extra jets right around 300 mains with tors elimination kit, boost bottle, new intake boots, I even have some reed spacers ill throw in, with brand new k&n clamp on air filters...my old ones can be included as well...pods will be here monday or tuesday, i just ordered them tonight...anyway i'd like to give the 2 into 1 carb a try...I would be willing to trade even, beings the pods just ran me 60 bucks, plus im throwing in my old usable ones as well one could sell. Carbs look good in and out.
  6. I need 2 screws for it, does anyone know the thread pitch and length?
  7. I like these nerf's, but the way these mount up, is you take your foot peg bolts out, and there is a piece of pipe that sticks out that each side of the nerfs slide onto....well my foot peg bolts are stripped on my left side, and I have to drill and tap them to a bigger bolt, and the bigger bolt wont go through the pipe...so I need a set of nerfs that will bolt up differently than mine..I don't have any close up pictures of it until tomorrow. pic of my quad with them on it is in my sig....decent shape. [
  8. I always stick with weisco...thats what i have always ran in everything ive owned. you get what you pay for, i would just spend the extra money and get them.
  9. I have one of those impact drivers, and they work great for phillips and flat heads...I need to get some of the bits for the torx and allens. They take a thicker bit than a normal one.
  10. I used to run amsoil, and i never had any problems with it. But its a lot higher, they are definately proud of what they make. I switched to klotz, and I haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Amsoil has no smell too it either for those who like the 2 smoke smell. I think klotz is a very good oil.
  11. Alright, this is going to be a looong message, so thanks for reading Ok, it all started when i traded a 400ex that i rebuilt and had about a thousand dollars into, and traded for this banshee. The only thing it needed was a stator. So i trusted the guy, brought it home, tested the stator and it was in fact bad. I bought a rm stator (bad choice at the time, but i didnt know) and put it on and it worked fine, till I ran it down the road. I noticed my left side was blowing white smoke a lot. So head gasket it is. I go to the stealership, and get me a head gasket. I pull the head off, and while im in there I notice slack in the right side piston. I go and get me a compression tester, do a test, and sure enough, top end rebuild time. So it took me a while to get all the funds with everything going on, so it sit for a bit. One day i was on here chatting it up, and someone told me i had reed spacers..so im like hmm i have stock carbs, so i will take them off and sell them...well i didnt have short enough bolts to take them out...in the process of taking them off i remember taking off a bunch of electrical tape on the left hand intake boot..big hint here..I bought a timing plate, and put it to plus 4, bought the tors elimination and installed it...the tors was already removed, i just got the smaller carb caps to clean everything up...and bought a cool head with 21cc domes...so anyway i finally got my cylinder honed out and bought new pistons and rings.(.20 over) slapped it together, did a compression test and both sides are equal now. I am really excited at this point, i get it all together, go to start it, and the fucker starts cutting out and has no power and cuts out when i run it down the road. I come back to the house, pull the plugs, and the right side looks clean....i go get new plug caps...still no go..well someone told me about my squish, so i was like ill just switch to the stock milled head to see if that changes anything...nothing...i put my timing back to stock..nothing...try a rewound stator from akheathen...still no go..everything was put together right, ive pulled the head back off, no marks on the cylinder or anything...ive put new plug caps on, nothing. I finally did a leak down...found out all that tape on the intake boot was a huge ass rip...so i put new boots on...took my reed spacers out, got shorter bolts, put it all in, did another leak down...one of my gaskets on my reeds didnt seal (the 1 that was used and not new bcuz stealership didnt have all i needed)..but other than that, the leakdown lost like 1 psi over a minute..very small leak....since then i havent fucked with it..im getting really irritated...i was for sure that rip was it..still same problem..carbs are squeaky clean... oh forgot to add, i took the stator off, checked that gasket there, sprayed all around the head, the intake gasket on the left hand side is the only thing i saw leaking.
  12. Mine don't look anywhere near as good as most of you guy's, but im also 19, and cash is limited. I like how my shee looks. Theres not a lot of stuff done too it, but it is certainly getting there. Pic of mine is in my sig. also, McBanshee, i could jizz all over your banshee, i love the blue scheme. it looks siiick
  13. give the dude some slack. Just because he's new doesnt mean anything, everyone here was. He posted his number, thats more than most do. good luck with the sale.
  14. milled head or cool head, advanced timing. those are 2 things that will get you more.
  15. how do you know that your not getting spark at 3/4 throttle? if you take your plug out, put the cap back on, put it against your cylinder and push the kick start does the plug spark? Have you done a leak down test?
  16. Assuming there is not cracks, tears or anything ill take them, whats your paypal.
  17. Needing stock intake boots. Would like to have the STOCK crossover tube to get this of this POS boost bottle off that came on the bike when i got it. Let me know what you got..prices shipped to 62930
  18. Thanks for the writeup man, works great!
  19. For me, my stock head was already milled. Not sure exactly how much, but at my elevation i believe I am supposed to have 135 stock? and I have 180. Im like 300 ft above ground level. I bought a cool head, I didnt like messing with the orings, they were a pain for me, and also I didnt like putting in spark plugs because there wasn't enough room to get a socket on there, and they were a lot harder to screw in compared to the stocker.
  20. Got a kx 250 to add to the banshee

  21. i know i know lol...well i did it..found a leak in the left intake boot. hoping that is my problem? i dont really understand how the left one can affect the right one tho lol
  22. welcome to my nightmare...im in the same situation...was running fine before the rebuild except psi difference..rebuilt it and did a few other mods and slapped it back together and it doesnt run right....right plug is super lean....ive tried everything...so im finally doing a leak down...i just buiilt my tester..i recommend you to do that. if you have an air leak then you will run super lean.
