That overflow tank should be empty when your bike is cold, and the radiator is full. It's not a coolant "reservoir". It's simply an overflow to keep the tree huggers happy. Nonetheless, most of us throw those bottles away, and let the bikes piss coolant onto the ground because we're hardcore like that. x3 on the lean condition, and I'm adding a "bad cap" to that... Try replacing your cap once you've determined your jetting is not lean.

It's just simply called a lowering link, not what I would recommend, though. I just did a stock rear shock for a drag bike running a +8. Custom machined to be exactly 12 inches. It's not cheap, but it's the right way to do it if you want to keep the adjustments of a stock rear shock.

It will probably not be this season. The 30 day period is up, but I spoke with the ASA, and there is now a 60 day "governor's review", and once that is done, there is a 90 day for either side to file anything else that they want. If there are no challenges from any of that, the BLM will start taking the markers down. Realistically, it works out to be about April, but as with anything in government, the odds of delays are pretty good. The beauty is, that the current RAMP map that was posted on BLM's website, has already been agreed upon by both sides. Theoretically, there shouldn't be any delays, but it's unlikely that we'll see the markers come down this season.

Do you have any more pictures of those bushings? They look like Works Performance 801 front shock bushings.
