il get pics tomoro and i also got to see what you guys think about these a arms i picked up with the pipes idk the brand he says lonestar but theres no name on them,

i have dg mufflers and stock exhausts so those might work with alittle tweaking until i can find a good deal im working on cleaning the t5s up glass bead works good, i got tusk nerfs, t5s with one silencer, and a set of +2+1 a arms not sure of the brand but i need the hardware, all for 200 buck o ya he threw in a boost bootle for shits and giggles too, get ready for the best part he drove from rhode island to connecticut to drop them off

im going to look around and see if anyone has mufflers, i dont need them right away cuz the pipes im getting are very rusty so im guna sand and polish them before installing them , what do just the mufflers usually cost used

im looking at a set of t5s guy says he lost a muffler and doesnt know where it went, does anyone know whhat other mufflers will fit,

believe me i know what doing when it comes to boring cylindersa on 4 strokes, ive rebuilt over 15 harely davidson engines,2 warriors 1 400ex , a raptor and 250f dirtbike, i usually send out 2 stroke cylinders to get replated but banshee cylinders dont have nikasil plating so im planning on boring them myself, i have all the tools to do it and tons of experience but it doesnt hurt to ask questions thank you very much

now what exaly is chammfering how do you do it

i want to rebuild my quad in the spring or summer because i like the snow lol i have a boring machine but never bored a 2 stroke cylinder with ports in it, do i just adjust and start cutting but then after that i hear something about making sure the rings dont get caught in the ports after you bored it, my father has tons ef experience boring cylinder in 4 strokes but not 2 strokes, so if anyone has ever done this id love some help

whats up guys , i started my quad today full choke started first kick, after it starts i turn the chike off and rev it alittle to keep it running but the right side coughs and sounds like it sneezing until it warms up its fine, is this normal or something that is giving me a sign of something bad

a leakdown test is when you pressurize the inside of the case and make sure it holds pressure i think there is a good sticky in the banshee repair section at the top, the timing is under the left side cover , the cover that is somewhat over the chain , only aftermarket timing plates are adjustable and slotted im not an expert on what to run for timing maybe +4

im into trail riding so i dont think they would do me any good , i was just curious what they are thanks guys and im surprised how much you can learn from this site DAMN!

i wouldnt run anything unless you can get it at a motorcycle dealer. people use castor 927 or klots

i would def chosse banshee, 2 of friends bought yfzs brand new last year and they had nothing with problems ,1 dropped a valve in the engine and one shot the crank into the tranny, imo they are unreliable, if you do end up getting one be prepared to spend money fixing it

lightly tap on the bowl with the end of a screwdriver it usausly works

there are chain adjusters under the rear axle carrier youll see 2 long bolts that go throught the carrier make sure there are loose before you move the adjusters inwards make sure they are even

i fixed it the oring was missing so i put one in and no more rattles .......for now lol

ive been looking for a set of pipes for my banshee and i was thinking about dg pipes, my quad already has dg silencers so i would like to have a matching set, has anyone used dg pipes and what kind of power gains do they have

i just checked my oil and it was white from water getting in there, are you sure its coolant ? mine was from a crankcase vent coming out and everytime i went through water or washed it water gotin the cases

does anyone know if you can rebuilt the kicker or put a new bearing in it and if you can has anyone done it before it rattles like a bitch
