The only stuff that will work for fuel wont stick to plastic. New/used tank on the way. now no spark, shoot it a couple times and it starts fucking with me. I replaced the radiator

Im looking for a epoxy or something to fix a hole in my tank. I tried some stuff that held for a weekend then the fuel and oil got to it. The hole is exactly the size of a .22 cal. bullet, also had a hole in the radiator and rear fender, but those are fixed. Does anyone know of anything that will work, or should I start looking for a new tank? Zack

I had the same problem. I did the star mod and the shift shaft and still wouldnt shift when dragging or when in a nasty tree shot. I found the clutch basket was worn. Still have'nt replaced it, too broke. Let me know if you find a good deal on them

looking to trade for toomey silencers. Mine came with my quad when I bought it, I was told they are made by cascade. The silencers are in great condition but I like the sound of the toomeys better. I repacked them and one of the allen screws was stripped so I cut it so to get it off with a screwdriver. Mine are on the bike in the picture. Not sure if it matters, but I have T-5s. I also have a Pro Design coolhead I'm not using, needs O-rings and studs, has 22cc domes. Will get a picture of the coolhead later. Zack

I wouldn't stress out about it, if it was me I'd ride the piss out of it and when the time comes, replace them with what ever.

If its not the pump seal, take the clutch cover off there is a pipe that runs through the case that has a O-ring on it, if that goes bad it will leak coolant into the tranny.

Well it took a while, but its back together. Bored .020 over with Wiesco pistons. I have to go to Tillamook on the 25th for court (again), and sand lake is close so I'll be taking the banshee (try not to get a ticket this time). Maybe get some action pics for loco

Try swapping plug wires see if trouble follows. Check gap on pick-up at flywheel, maybe clean lugs on flyweel. X-2 on new plugs . See if trans oil is good , might have bad seal sucking oil.
