Thanks for your response.I have inframe shears now and i'm thinking of changing out to th oof's. The silencers are only $40.00 more,does anybody have a pic of what they look like? thanks Jeff :biggrin:

I noticed on the fast website it claims 7hp gain over inframe shears vs oof shears,so I was wondering the same question.

just wondering what kind of performance gains would I get with changing 35mil to 39mil carbs and switching from inframe shears to OOF shears? It's a 421 cub,+4 timing,20cc domes,VF3's.I mostly drag the hill at the dunes. thnks Jeff..

I run the same stuff you do with a cub and all is good. we just dont make it a habit to let idle without moving.

Do you have a dual outlet pingle valve?You could be running the bowls empty and that would be a lean condition as well.

Thats been covered a few times.It's mostly a reliability/cheap insurance mod with high horse power motors.

Your exactly right! I had my doubts on the numbers I received as well, but its all good cause my bike is a HJR drag ported cub and its fast enough for me :biggrin:

cascade sells a rebuild kit for the kick starter. :thumbsup:

Your right! the best thing about the cascade wraps is you can use them on any set of pipes without having to hit checker auto parts each time. :thumbsup:
