I ran the trinity shift drum for a few years and it was a considerable difference in shifting.It was a little priceyand I could of saved cash by sending it somewhere for the mod,but one stop shop was my decision. I just sold two of them last week. Jeff

x2 on that. I ran them for a year with the FMF's and no lid on the box.It wasn't a white knuckle ride,but just a little better.

If they are the stock phillip bolts,your gonna have to take the mag off.

time to upgrade!sounds like the rivets that hold the gear on are getting worn out or the cushions are shot.

You have to remove the magneto and loosen up the bolts that hold the plate. You will see on the right side of the plate where the -/+ numbers are engraved,the center line between -/+ is stock setting.where the cases mate together is where you set the mark at,so if you turn the plate to the right to where the +5 line matches to the line where the cases mate your good to go. hope that makes sense to ya? jeff..

hey old roost! If the knob wont stay out then the choke isn't being applied. try starting when you hold the knob outmanually and see if it fires up. Jeff

cascade sells the billit insert.dont make the mistake i did by spraying carb cleaner on it.the wholething just shaterred right in front of me.

BUMP for a nice fuel tank.

I had to grind the box end of a 12mm wrench just to make it fit. It is basically torqued to "two grunts" with a long box end, hahaha.

Head nuts (sequenced)= 20 ft-lb Cylinder base nuts= 20 ft-lb If you have a cub cylinder, the base nut torque is two grunts.
