  2. k so my gear on the very back of the clutch basket keeps blowin up. this is the second time this happend? any ideas how this could be cause?
  3. k so i checked the ohms. everything checked out besides the charging coil. i got zero resistance
  4. so i didnt get time to work on the shee this weekend. i did use the puller. and could you show me a pic of the ignition coils on a where to test. where to put the test light and such.? i want to be theral as possible i wanna ride

  9. no i didnt unplug the stator. is there anyway i could test voltage with a meter.. and if i did what wire should i do.. this is really starting to bug me.
  10. k so about 2 weeks ago i put on adjustable timing plate. after i put it on i never had any spark. i replaced the pick up coil today, and still no spark. i need some help fast since i want to ride the shee this weekend instead of the rappy. please help im so lost thanks in advance
  11. my bike does that everryonce in a while. spec when shee is really hot. i kill it put it in neutral and roll it forward and fire it up. happend 3 times...
  12. k so i just oredered a new pick up coil. wasnt to bad. if this doesnt do the trick... what would you fellow headquarters do in the next step?

  14. i purchased the tread in puller. but i did leave my garage for a few and my freind decieded to adjust the gap again .. but with a hammer. he said he lightly hit it. could that be the reason. or if the timing is off so horidly it wouldnt get spark correct? all help is apprecitated. god i hate my life
  15. k did everything stated above. still no spark. so i put the stock plate back on. no spark. could both my plugs fried at the same time? or could it be something else?

  18. k i just pulled it around. im gettin power my lights will turn on... and when setting it to plus 4 do i put the plate in the line in the middle of the case?
  19. is that the little black box on the bottom right of the whole assembly?
  20. and put it all back together set it to +4 . wouldnt fire. checked my plugs and they were wet. so i kicked it over a few times to see if plugs were getin spark. nothing.. what could it be?
  21. yes a shee plug may only be 12 dollars, i got one for my rappy. but the magnet i have on the shee is a wee bit more stronger. and my gear on the back of my clutch basket blew apart. thats why its catching all my shit. i been runnin it for aobut 2 months now. everytime i have it out i check it. shit i have even done a dye penetreant inspection on it to see if heat was causing any cracks. its workin for me
  22. so since times are tough and i need a magnetic drain plug i deciede to make my own. i went to my local ace hardware and got some small magnets for 3 dollars. got my grinder out and shaved them down so they would fit flush on the end of the bolt. i then cleaned the bolt and magnet off. i got some krazy glue that bonds to ceramics and metal and added a few drops to the bottom of the bolt. with the magnet and the glue its sure not to come off. i been runnin it in my shee for about 2 months, those little magnets sure do grab alot of crap http://s114.photobucket.com/albums/n263/ha...=magnetbolt.jpg
  23. Depends if you need new valves and springs. those little things are expensive. spec if you dont no how to cut your valve seats. that can get expensive
  24. that happend to my shee. caused me to roll it and break my clutch perch, but it only did it on the right side. not both like your saying. i found out where mine was Getting "stuck" , it was at the very end of the tierod where the castle nut is. the nut was hitting the a arm so i just got my whizzzz wheel out and took off some material. havent flipped since :biggrin:
  25. k so im lookin to +4 my timing. i dont want spend the 200 dollar for a dyna igintion. is the pro design timing plate pretty well. is that what your all mostly runnin. how hard is it to install. i got a the big 3, fmf fattys with power core 2. kandn filter and its jetted. will raising the timing help?
