  1. How about swapping to a chariot billet reed cage with their reeds. Supposed to be proven better than VF3's
  2. Pro circuits, Carbon Tech low/mid tension reeds, 28mm carbs, agg trail port, +4 timing, if you dont mind race gas 19cc domes with apro head.
  3. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=120479 There's a link on porting stock cages with some good tips also.
  4. No need for a crossover if your carbs are synced to a "T". I would invest in a sync tool and dial them in that way.
  5. If your looking for a solid trail pipe the PT high rev will work fine on your stock cylinder build and will probably still serve you well on the sub 400cc cub. If your looking for an optimal trail pipe than look no further than the Pro Circuit Platinums. I personaly have used PT mids on a trail stock bore stock stroke setup and they seemed to really fall off after the midrange.
  6. Phucking wow.... your a little indecisive. Make a plan and stick with it. The high rev's are good pipe's, I would still not classify them on the same level as say shearer's or cpi's. They are more equal to your Trinity's or T5's. What is the purpose of this bike? What will be the riding style? Dune, Drag, Trail, Hill Shoot. That'll help determine the best setup for you to run.
  7. is ready to rip up some hill shoots.

  8. Pt Mids are more like FMF Fatty's or Pro Circuits in terms of the power curve. Your Trinity pipes are more like T5's or PT High's. I would say the Mids, Stock reed cages ported with Low/Mid tension reeds, 2>1 setup, Agg trail ported stock jugs. That would be a ripping setup for the wife. If your gonna do a cub later on you need to go with more tailored to the cub. Cpi's, vf3's, dual carbs (33pwk's).
  9. If your not a fan of the OKO 30's yuo could always use the Mikuni Tm 30's. I Personally would go with the 28 pwk's but thats just me.
  10. How about middle of the road. 30's
  11. Bama in Summiton, Holiday Beach in West Blocton, Alabama International Dragway in Steele. They all allow quads on Test and Tune nights.
  12. +1 for Carbon Tech. You can get Carbon Tech reed pedals for about 80 dollars. Port your stock cages and throw them suckers in there. As for what you would do now. Try them both and see which you like better. I can almost guarantee the stock will offer more bottom end punch than the VF3's.

  14. Nice choice on the pipes and carbs. That porting and reed setup is gonna throw a little kink in the mix though. Your definitely on well on your way to a solid trail bike. If it's gonna be a while before you can get some different cylinders I would throw those pipes and carbs on rejet it and put that timing plate on +4 and let her rip. Just to see how it feels.
  15. Well we don't have any sand on our shoots but I was just looking to get some idea's on how you guy's setup your tree shoot bikes. Rear axle preference, a-arms, motor, gearing.
  16. Sell the Carbs, Cylinders, Pipes and Reeds to fund your TRAIL bike. Then buy 28mm carb, aggressive trail port, pro circuits and a nice low tension reed setup.
  17. 370 - What size are they and how much?
  18. 100 dollar's plus the ride?
  19. Kawiking - No wheels yet, but I'll definitely be going with S.T.U. when I do. Dusty - Im located in Trussville.
  20. Looks like a G force sprocket hub to me.
  21. How much Ellison?
  22. Damn that's a steal! I'm really looking for something in the 33-34mm range though. How did they run on your HJR ported topend.
  23. Can you get me a picture of it all? Is the cable in good condition?
  24. Looking for aftermarket carb setup. Post whatcha got.
