our mods are some what alike im at same elevation with 27 1/2 pilot and 330 main im a lil fat but pulls like a motha all around , seems like ur pilots big are u runnig a box or open filter? , hows the pluggs look??

lil better 175 to ur door, i no it seems like alot but once u sell ur timing plate and old cdi it wont hurt that much and these things are badass i wish it fit mines check the link ^ above

i have a used prodesign coolhead in good shape some scratches comes with brand new set of orings 110 shipped also 1set of opened but not used prodesign 4m 20 cc domes and a set of new unopened prodesign 4m 22 cc still in the package like to 40 a set for the domes or ill give a good package deal not able to load pic again so leave ur email and illl get ya pics till i can upload thanks

do different year cdi's have diff plugs? the cdi on my wheeler now has 2 plugs coming off my cdi and each has 4 prongs.i was looking ay a cdi i got a bit ago and 1 plug has 4 prongs and fits the plug on the my harness but the other has 5 and of corse dont fit? could i have a diff harness?cdi for a diff year? witch year has plugs like this ? anbody? thanks

i have a brand new dynatek cdi fits 97-06 comes with warrenty and all paperwork instuctions its the one that u can hook up a tac, got a launch limiter,prgramable and 4 timing curves and a lot more its model 3dfs7-6p check it out at http://www.dynaonline.com/skins/products/atvs/fs/ any way i got the old style plug and dont want to mess with it id like to get 200 shiped or close nevr even been pluged in i paid around 260 if ur in the market for a new one u can save few bucks pics wont load so leave ur email and ill send until i can get them up thanks

if u go with a bench grinder u have to get the lil extentions they sell so your wheels not so close to the grinder .u can get them any place i think ebay even gotem but they work great good luck

i think u could run it and see if the coolant level drops or see if theres bubles in ur radiater when she's running or just do the water pump seal might as well do the bearing and grab a bullet wp well u at it if money not to tight goodluck

sorry bout the double post but how i set theother one up was messed up...... anyway i got a dual pingle works good to go 65 shipped also bullet water pump and cluch cover ill polish up a bit before i send to buyer 50 to u lil scratch from brake lever nothing major ........... stainless stock carrier bolt new never used 13 to u chrome dg bumper very lil dent on top rite and the bottem cant see that one chrom is great cond 30 + shipping also got stock rear skid great shape 30 to u but needs paint and stock front bumper and more to come

i think ur prob right , they have the rebuild kit for the front and rear on ebay for round 20 bucks each
