  1. Your mailbox is full. That's fine I HATE PM'S ANYWAY. Email me... [email protected] I am parting out a 2002 Blaster and will even trade for Banshee stuff.
  2. I've got some. I'll PM you.
  3. I'm almost positive the Blaster throttle is the same but not too sure about the Warrior. Do a search on eBay and see if they look the same.

  5. how much for the rear rims and clutch lever?
  6. WAIT Tak the kicker off the bike and clamp it in the vise. DO NOT drill out the head of the screw. Get a 3/16 drill bit and drill out the screw from the back. Then use a chisel and unscrew the screw. If you can't get it, send it to me along with $5 and I will rebuild it and I will guarantee it will work better than new. email me if you need more details... [email protected]
  7. I used to buy Hitech's too they are light and you could do some stompin' if you had to. You can check out "walking" shoes. I had a pair when I worked in a hardware store. They were great for comfort but looked like they were for a senior citizen.
  8. Did you ever come up with what you have to trade? I've got 2 shocks from a 2002.
  9. Because it is much easier said than done. There are alot of angles and dimensions that need to be very precise.
  10. What are looking for in trade? Can you send a couple pics to... [email protected]
  11. It should work just fine.
  12. Banshee rear brake master cyl and YFZ450 axle if it will fit a banshee carrier. How much is shipping to IL zip 60087?
  13. Chains, Hammers, Come alongs... whatever it takes. The good thing is the tank usually prevents the "hoop" from getting bent to the point of breaking off.
  14. what kind of deal do you have on the axle???
  15. Holyman

    bike?

Got a 2002 blaster with a locked up motor and no axle for a grand
  16. I have some stock stuff in great shape and some cash. How much cash would you need with my stock stuff to make the trade? Send some pics of what you have to... [email protected]
  17. No I finally got it figured out. After sending pics to Laeger, they finally admitted it was one of theirs but it is made for their frame and uses a CR shock. This is what motivated me to sell my bearing biz. I want to get into a new kind of swingarm loosly based on the Laeger direct link swingarm.
  18. Send me an email and we'll work out the details... [email protected]
  19. Do a search for "Holyman tech" or send me an email... [email protected] and I'll send you some pics.
  20. How about you pay $5 for shipping and I'll send you the whole caliper and you can get it out.
  21. Are you just PCing the frame or other parts like swingarm and carrier? I would deff replace the steering stem bearing. You will probably have to remove it before coating anyway so plan on replacing it. The stock A arms can't be PC'd. The swingarm can be PC'd and I would plan on replacing the pivot bearings and installing a grease fitting so you will never have to replace the pivot bearings again. The factory carrier can be PC'd and you may not have to replace the bearings but you will most likely have to remove them. So check on them as they are removed. That's pretty much all of what I can think of right now. I can get you some of the bearings you need but it's probably best to figure out which ones you want to get. My email is... [email protected]
  22. Can you post a pic or better yet email me a pic? I have a chrome Laegers swingarm and I'd like to know if yours looks the same. [email protected]
  23. Ball bearings carriers are MUCH more common than those that use tapered bearings. Ball bearing carriers use the same bearings as the stock carrier and if you look inside the carrier, there should be a loose tube that goes between the bearings. The tapered bearing carriers do not use the tube. Tapered bearings can easily be over tightened and require a "wave washer" to maintain the tightness. Ball bearings can and should be tightened down very hard and then the second nut should be tightened against the first nut until your veins bulge out of your neck. Tell us where you got the carrier and/or show us a pic and maybe we can help you more.
  24. Will you ship it? Send some pics to... [email protected]
