  1. How much including shipping? Do you have any pics of the shocks? Will you accept paypal?
  2. I don't really have anything to trade other than the TORS system that I took off, stock airfilter, stock airbox, and stock heel guards. Sorry but I will pay, thats not the issue.
  3. Well, how much do you both want? What are the odds of this working out?
  4. I actually need two matching front shocks. They don't have to be in the greatest shape as long as they work good.
  5. Some prices on cylinders, heads, cases, and whatever else would be nice.
  6. Does anyone have any blaster shocks they'd like to sell or trade?
  7. I think going with the reeds and getting better flow would be the best way to go. Put those carbs and pipes to better use. The only real benefit to the cool head is better heat dissapation with stock sized domes but lets face it stock sucks and you're wanting more performance. Running the smaller sized domes requires that you increase the octane so I think running premium pump gas with those new Vforce reeds would be your best choice. Save the coolhead for when she decides she can throw in on some race gas.
  8. How much is he beating you by? What type of gearing and tires are you running? It's all about traction and getting your power to the ground. If that isn't happening then forget it. I've heard that 50 pounds roughly equals about one full bike length in a 300ft drag race. Give us more details as to what you running on your bike and we can assist you a little better.
  9. Does anyone know of a good place to get Used Blaster shocks. I've tried the ebay thing and I keep getting outbid.
  10. I cleaned the carbs on my old Craptor once and accidentally bumped the floats and it acted like that. I would definately check your float levels. When you hold it upside down, the floats should be parallel with the base of the carb I think but double check that.

    4 snow tires

I have 4 Snow tires and they hook up great in dirt and sand. Haulers or Padla Brats are the way to go if your pushing a lot of power on +6 extension or more but for a mildly tuned bike they work great and you can use a smaller sprocket since the tires balloon out in the higher gears. It's like adjusting your gearing on the go... I usually set mine to about 4 pounds of preasure and they swell nicely. You can also turn them backwards if you happen to be dragging through any grassy areas. There was a link flying around somewhere where they compared the 4 Snows and Pro Wedge II's in a drag race. The 4 Snows were quicker since they weighed right around a pound less than the Pro Wedge II's.
  12. Has anyone ever heard of these guys? The have a homepage in the group section of MSN. Their prices are pretty cheap which makes me wonder if they're legit.
  13. here let me quote you.......and im sure your dad wanted better for you, so did mine exept he didnt get a choice, i was drafted, oh and my dad served in WW2 and korea, that doesnt mean you got any nuts, if your dad wanted better for you i hope you reply with "im in medical school" Man, some people just can't pay attention can they? You questioned my appreciation for our soldiers and veterans. How in any way does that relate to my nuts? My nuts are just fine and I'm not in medical school. I'm actually in school for a computer information systems degree but I do work in a hospital for now if thats good enough for you. Back to Bush, I was wrong about one thing. Bush won't have to initiate a draft. All he really has to do is lower the standards of admitance into the armed forces and we can just send all of our trailer park trash over to Iraq. It's actually not that bad of an idea. Maybe I will vote for Bush now.
  14. Number one, you don't know me. Number two, I fly the American flag from my god damn ATV every chance I get so don't tell me I'm not appreciative. Just because I question the motives of our nations leaders does not mean that I don't appreciate everything that our soldiers are doing for us over there. My father is retired Air Force and my Grandfather is a WWII vet. I would have proudly served but father wanted better for me so he convinced me not to. What a dick. Oh, and The Stars and Stripes paper couldn't be swayed in their opinions considering they're distibuted to every American base could they. I can only imagine what would happen to any writer who questioned the directives set by the Commander-in-Chief. Thanks for trying to label me as an anit-war protester that spits on our vets but that simply just isn't the case. I guess I shouldn't go into my local VFW anymore since I'm so ungrateful. Yeah right.
