not sure why they would trade a dual piston caliper for a single piston caliper. i would say the dual piston yfz450 caliper would be the best upgrade for brakes on a banshee. and i dont think the honda calipers mount up to a yamaha unless all you have to do is swith the mounting bracket. JMO

send jlengineering a pm he has a few set cheaper then what pd has them for. i think he is asking like 15 bucks for the set. as far as your leaking i dont use any sealant just put the oring in and slap it back together never once had a leak issue.

Looks like fullbores to me but they look like who ever owned them cut them for a desert tank and then decided they didnt like it and tried to put a stock gas tank cover on it with radiator cover. you can tell by the side mounts and the nose. Maier plastics dont look like that either and obivisouly stock doesnt look like that either.

you could just upgrade to the yfz450 brake system it bolts right up. not sure about the rear caliper but i know the fronts work just fine.

Are you sure there t5 pipes from the angle of the pic they look like t4 pipes can't see the bend. Just curious.

i have about the same setup as you and i am in san diego i am about sea level. both the main and pilot seem rich. i would go to a 48 pilot and go to 160 main. also with the oko carbs the needles seem to be junk. i ordered Keihin JJH needles and it fixed all my problems. my mods are in my sig. i had a hard time tuning my carbs until i got the new needles. if you need any more help pm savage420 he knows these carbs good and he helped me out. hope this helps

tighten crankcase nuts 1-8 to 3.6 ft lbs tighten crankcase bolts 9-16 to 3.6 ft lbs then crankcase nuts 1-8 to 7.2 ft lbs crankcase nuts 1-8 to 18 ft lbs crank crankcase bolts to 7.2 ft lbs this is per the clymers manual.
