  1. Those 2 nipples are the overflow for the carb so no they should not be plugged. If it is reving like crazy when you get it to start you either have the slide in the carb wrong so it is stuck up which is almost impossible the cable is way out of adjustment so the slide can not drop all the way or you have a bad air leak somewhere
  2. If it is poping and not spinning or moving then it has nothing to do with bearings. Your chain has got to be slipping on the sprockets.
  3. Wow you are on a roll with some quality replies in this thread dude! It is not time for a rebuild with a stock head 125 on both cylinders is great you have nothing to worry about there. As far as the single carb goes I have switched several bikes back to duals that had a singel on them and everyone the people have been much happier with the duals. That being said there are also lots of people who think the single is a great way to go. That intake looks a little cheesey to me not sure why they have spacers in there along with the single intake. If it were my bike I would put the duals back on if you are missing anything one of the guys on here will hook you up with what you need real quick. Good luck.
  4. There is no reason to split the cases to replace the out put shaft seal. You are doing it right by driving it in. Take some brake clean or some carb clean and spray the area off really well then blow it off with a air hose then let it sit for a few hours and look and see where the oil is really coming from then we can tell you how to fix it but you did replace the seal the right way.
  5. Are you getting both of the washer in there when you are putting it together?
  6. Looks like a home made lowering kit to me. What is with the block of wood bolted to the left footpeg? LOL
  7. Actually the coil gets mounted at the front of the gas tank not the rear. There is a couple of hole you can see on the cross bar in the first pic that the coil mounts to and it looks like someone has shortened the wires on the CDI so it does not look like it will stretch to the back of the frame like it should so you will probably need to fab up a mount on the front of the bike for that. Your headlight mounts have been cut off the front of the frame other than that it looks like most everything is there.
  8. Tyler has a man date
  9. They are a knock off but they are a fine tire. A few of my buddies run them and they work just fine for the bikes that are around that hp range.
  10. PM sent
  11. There are so many things wrong in this post the only one I will say anything about is the case trenching. You do not trench cases for a 4 mill. As far as what you need to do to make yours a 4 mill. First would be to have a builder look at your cylinders and see if they can be ported to run a 4 mill crank or not. If they are not able to be ported for a 4 mill then you would need cylinders. Your carbs would work just fine with a stock cylinder 4 mill and I do not see what pipes you are running in your sig but with the mods you have listed I am assuming you have aftermarket pipes and most pipes will work with a 4 mill it just depends on where you want the power to be. Basically you would need domes crank and pistons if your cylinders would work other wise you are looking at domes crank and cylinders
  12. I dont have any money but was wondering if you would trade for a case of anal lube so skeeter will not hurt you so bad?
  13. Also will these fit in my stock cases or will I need to get billet cases to run these parts???
  14. Take that boost bottle off and use it for target practice then you will not have that issue. You are just going to rip a intake using that worthless boost bottle,.
  15. That is a very clean bike. Nice work!!!! Look forward to hearing how it rides.
  16. Sreriously???????? I have no clue what you are asking?????????
  17. LOL wow I opened this thread to look at pictures of a swingarm and ended up rading 3 pages of a bitch fest. I agree with supporting site sponsors for the most part but I also agree that some times it gets a little bit much. It is no secret to anyone that knows me knows I only use one company and yes they happen to be a sponsor here but there are plenty of other people out there doing quality work also. BUT I also see what Tyler is saying he is taking peoples money to support his site so he would be slacking on his job if he didnt push the people who are paying for this site every chance he gets. That being said good looking swingarm just kind of pricey if you ask me but looks really nice!
  18. Get on ebay and get a oem one. You dont want aftermarket they do not last very long as a general rule
  19. LOL you dont have a signature
  20. Go with the plus 6 if you dont you will just be buying another swinger as soon as you do anything else to the bike.
  21. One reason to run a bigger front sprocket is for better chain life but other than that no not really any reason to go big front or rear
  22. Need a little more info for a good answer. Yes the 4 mill is a great mod but it really depends on what else you plan on doing to your motor?
  23. That is a swett bike I really like how the exhaust comes out the back
  24. ride.race.live has a nice set of 34 pj's he is trying to sell cheap hit him up.
  25. Dam dude. I didnt see where he said anything about you in his post so why do you feel the need to start calling him names? He simply stated that people are tire kickers and have lame trade offers.
