  1. there are some 4 strokes that are close to my setup but they are sprying nos i raced on a short oval track with them last year are lap times wernt off by much im going to be racing on a road course this year i think my banshee will have the advantage on the long straights

  3. put your wheel spacers on your right side should help keeping the quad from going up on to wheels
  4. good point there with the rd350 i belive the hardest thing to do for a banshee is get them to hook up. iv been racing on clay and lime stone for 6 years now trust me when i say this a banshee will have no problems hooking up on asphalt. with the right setup lets take pikes peak international hill climb for an exmaple, where you race on gravle and asphalt. guess witch kind of quad holds the recored for fastest time in the 500cc class a banshee and what do the top 3 riders ride in that class all banshees i will be racing against jim goertz in cayuga ontario in the 2010 season jim is i belive the curent record holder at pikes peak and yes he has a very fast banshee
  5. im converting my flat track banshee, into an aspalt banshee as well A good start would be 2+1 a amrs, 4+4 axle, lowing kit in the front and back i will say the stock shocks will work fine (if in good working condition) but after market would be much better. a sway bar will help the handing alot better also.

  7. jim geortz a pikes peak international hill climb champion has been on the line of getting an atv class at cayuga motorsports park this class will be ran on there very nice road course on september 13, he will be at the track showing a demo for the fans and fellow bike racers in the 2010 season we will need 8 riders minimum to race http://www.torontomotorsportspark.com/raceway/ the website for any riders it will be mandatory for full 1 piece lethers and updated racing gear

  12. it turns out its the purple & white wire coming out of the cdi box i havent installed it yet but i will shortly i would just need to ground this wire out right?

  14. hey guys i went to install my old dyna box fs well the bike runs but once i give it some throttle the bike starts cutting out i belive its the parking brake wire i dont have it grounded out? what colour is the parking brake wire coming out of the dyna box and can i ground it back to the dyna box? i put my stock cdi box back on and it runs perfect but my porting is mde for the power curve in the dyna box so i need to put it back on

  16. i dont run a e brake anymore i only run the tether cord, on and off switch, coil, startor and cdi box is there a positive and a ground going to the e-brake? if so can i just run the positive straight to the cdi ground? any help is appreceated
  17. i belive my dyna box has failed when i plug it in and start the quad, at 2,500 - 3,000 rpm's it cutts out and acts like there is a rev limiter right after doing this i put my stock cdi on and it runs fine? does anyone have a wiring diagram for a dyna fs box for a banshee?
  18. i agree with you i try and stay away from 6th gear its just an extra shift that you dont really need, i was running a 16/38 and hitting 9500 rpm's in 6th i would come into the turn in 5th get on it and shift coming out on the straight if your going to be running praticeses and heats the go with a bigger gear setup and just change accordingly during the day if you know what the peak hp (rpm) is try and set the gearing so when you come out of the corner your making the max hp the can push out
