Does anyone know how to obtain a Flat track schedule in Illonois? I cant find one anywhere on the internet. I got the itch now and need to scratch.... Later ~Joe~ :cool:

Well things went good the other night. I got first in both Motos :biggrin: and made 205 bucks.... not to bad for not racing for 20 yrs.

Well I had a rain day today at went to the local dealer an picked up a 14 front and left the back at 40. Its deffinately a lot faster. I can still pick up a 15 if i think i need it. I can still make a hard launch in second taking off, which is almost making me think i do need the 15. bad thing is the chain practically has no ajustment and thought about taking off the bottom chain guide to give up some needed slack. I forgot to tell u my shee is an 88 so it came stock with a 13 tooth front. so what do u guys think about running turf tires, my guess it depends on the track. anyway thanks tons for the input its greatly appreciated... ~Joe

I guess that would be an important ? that i decided to leave out... duh... Anyway its a 1/2 mile track in Decatur Illinois.

What gearing would U guys recomened for a shee that is stock and has TR6 pipes.. Just a couple teeth up on the front sprocket? I know tire make a difference they r stock take offs from a new 400 EX ( i picked up for 20 bucks). Any help would be great. I just dont want to be a hole lap behind everyone lookin like an idiot Thanks ~Joe
