Go for it, but why cut the ball joints off the old J-Arms...that is why people hate them beacause they are so weak. So it would be kinda dumb to put the stock ball joints on something that is made for performance. I say get some aftermarket ball joints, and tie rod ends. And then once you get your set made and they are tweaked and perfect. then you can make me sum Good Luck keep me informed because I am thinking of doing the same thing because extended j's are hard as hell to find

If you can upload pics of the front end. It sounds like an a arm ball joint is bad. Timing plates are a quick and easy mod. You will notice a performance improvement

Hey I live in Alabama, and I want to get into MX racing. I first started riding 3 wheelers and quads when I was 7. Then at 14 I gotta ex250 Ninja. At 16 drove a R6 to HS, and the list of faster quads and bikes goes on from there (similar to alot of riders). I just moved back home and I've been aggressive trail riding at the 3,000 acre annex that was opened to the public. I am 24, so am I too old to get into racing? I've never raced anything but miles of aggressive trails, a couple mx track runs at practice day, and the good ole' backyard shootouts. What is the best setup? I have a 50hp banshee, but I'm looking for a nice roller. 1 guy said start with a 4poke, but I just love 2strokes. MX quad racing isn't that big in my state either. I see real young guys at the track and they are hammering bikes, and I just felt outta place. What class should I start?

It's the TORS box. It is the throttle override system. Research the repair and mod section and the jetting and exhaust section for more info.

Do some research. That's like asking what's better pepsi or coke. People will have varied opinions. The pipe that is best suitable for you application or terrain may not be the fastest pipe. Fact is all pipes are better than stock. If you ride trails/mx get a low end pipe. If you ride open fields get a top end pipe. If you do it all get an all around pipe. My preference is CPI but you'll get a thousand answers. just look into it some more
