I get the rant. It sucks here. On a positive note though, we were somehow able to register my brothers KDX for the street, and he can now ride in the forest as he has a license plate. I tried to do the same thing with a kdx I had, but got shot down. I've heard of guys tagging up enduro bikes in VT and ME, than transferring the titles here and getting NJ tags, no such loopholes for atv's. I'm tempted to head up there and ride my quad, tons of sand trails. But don't know where I could safely park, probably somewhere in Chatsworth. MJ, you ever ride in Bellplain? Used to be a blast, people came from all over to ride there. Was like Mad Max the 1st time I went there, but a couple half wits kill themselves sue everyone, now it's shut down. There is really nowhere to ride here. NJ is notrious for robbing peter to pay paul with their money. The state finances are run like a shell game. I'm sure CA makes a ton of money off the fees, but they have tons of places to ride. I wouldn't even care if they only opened the stae lands for part of the year so it doesn't interfere with hunters. I think snowmobiles can ride on state lands, but we get next to no snow.

I think he was referrimg to the NAZI like way that NJ regullates it's public lands. They expect you to register and insure your atv, but provide absolutely no public land to ride on. Where do the fees go? Into our blackhole of a budget . Where can you ride here? Private property. If you get caught on state lands they hit you with huge fines and impound your atv. NJ sucks. There is a state park about an hour from me that is 120,000 wooded acres with tons of trails, but only vehicles that are registered for the street can go on them. I guess dual sport bikes are different than enduro bikes.

Anyone riding down south tomorrow? I know it is short notice but looks like it's gonna be decent weather and want to ride somewhere new.

I was fine with gas, my bike was unported at the time, my buddy with 72mm big bore and alot of porting never had issues with gas either. Most of the rest of our group had large 4x4s We just brought a can of klotz with us and filled our tanks at the pump Had a great time down there and would love to go back.

We stayed in Liberty (I think) the year before last. There was a bar attached to our hotel, called Club2000. Seemed like the only cool place around. was a hillbilly nightclub. Some people warned us not to go there it was bad news, but well you know.... Had a good time.

Someone had a ported one recently for sale. I think it was fastnthru not sure though. Try search ing his name ifor posts in the for sale threads.

I'm happy with my ported stock cylinders, but wish I just did the 4mil from the beginning too.

I don't know much about the Droid, but I have the iPhone and LOVE it. I switched from verizon to at&t to get it., and don't regret it at all. I prefered the verizon service over at&t though. Also read somewhere the early termination fee with the Droid is going to be $350 to keep people from signing up to sell them. I notice also that everone compares their phone to the iPhone too. Kind of like people trying to sell Hondas, all the adds say "just like a Harley" or trying to sell 400ex's that are "fast as a Banshee". If i have any complaint with the Iphone, it's that not all emails load and you can't view all videos, depending on their formats.

$500. It's for my nephew, been looking for a good deal to fix up for him. The stator was a little messed up filled up with water was all rusted, andf we broke the plate trying to set the gap., he ran up and got a new one off nyuk. Had it running for a few minutes today, shut it down and haven't been able to get it going again. Think I'll have it running right tomorrow. He's pretty happy with it, so far.

What are you allowed to mod in the stock class? Porting, pipes, head? I would assume stock bore and stroke though right?
