I just started working out again... 2 weeks in from an 8 month vacation... first day back I had a really bad muscle tear, and was on NSAIDs (Naproxen) for like a f'in month... Healed up stretched it and light trained it, started again slowly, on my 2nd week now...
FINALLY, my body is starting to get accustomed to it though...
No juice, all natural this time around... we'll see what happens in a few months though...
It makes me feel great to know I'm finally back lifting...it sucked getting started again, and sucks with my strength dropping greatly lol, but I'm working at it... All I can do is lift, can't complain if I'm sittin on my ass...
Now I know more, and have a stronger drive to make this work for me, so I'm feeling better about it now...
