    i doubt that a 450 would beat the 525. i have atv action mag and both the 525's beat the raptor 700 like nothing. also dont quote me but i never heard of anyone haveing to rebuild one anytime soon. they are nice ass quads.

    if you never changed your jetting from riding all summer then your jetting is for sure a reason why it runs like shit. i'm not saying to not do a compresion test but if it wasnt changed i would do that before digging into anything else

    you can order them at any yamaha dealer or i'm sure there on some websites

    it has the same engine as the outlaw 525 but with better suspenion. the ktm would be the way to go if you have extra money for those upgrades but if not the outlaw is cheaper

    what is your elevation? 17cc domes will put u in the 170 psi ballpark? you need under 150psi for pump gas. i'mnot sure of the dome size to bring it down but there is a calculator on noss head site. 32:1 is what i run and it is 4 oz to 1 gal. as for pistons i'd go for weisco forged.

    i'm running stock rims and i hit a few tree's on a tight ass trail and i thought it was gonna ripe my tire off but no dings or dents

    see the problem there is that you said HONDA team. there lab test are prolly conducted in someones garadge and therefor arnt proven.... :laugh:

    i agree the float is stuck. try taping it with a screw driver or if that dont work take the bowl off and clean it

    dont use steel wool. it will catch fire easly. i think it was a packing problem cuz it should last longer then 8 rides
