  1. Guys, can you run a non ported cub cylinder with a 4mm longrod crank and 4mm spacer plate?
  2. I am looking for a nice billet stator cover, billet kicker, and billet shifter. I also need an aftermarket axle. I'm running a YFZ450 front end, so a +2 or +4 or so would do nicely. PM me with what you have to offer. I can have this shipped to either Canada or the US.
  3. They were setup on a 450 on stock arms. They are 16.5" long. I have no idea about rider weight.
  4. Awesome pictures and details. Thanks alot. I'm going to go with the Elka's. I'll get some pics up when I do. I am also going to try it with the banshee spindles.
  5. I know the builders are not going to give away their specs, so I am hoping that somebody who has had cylinders done, or has measured cylinders previously will lend a helping hand. As for the domes, I can do it either way. I just figured it would be easier with the plate instead of cutting domes that could then no longer be run on a non stroker.
  6. A very good friend does. It seems like most guys are running 21cc domes on pump fuel with that timing. I've even seen guys on here claiming they're running 20's on pump fuel with 4 deg. of timing. I'll figure out the head volume and timing I get it running.
  7. Well, the crank on the bike I picked up is pooched, so I'm going to go with a 4mm stroker 115mm crank and am going to run a base spacer plate. I am wondering if anyone can give me some porting specs for this setup for a trail to dune setup. We're going to run the numbers in the TSR software, but would also like some input since we have never ported cylinder reed cylinders before. Setup specs: 65mm bore Toomey T5's 33mm Mikuni Flatslides V-Force 3's K&N Filters with outerwears 4 deg. timing pump fuel - 91 octane coolhead - 21cc domes Thanks in advance guys. Just PM me if you don't want to post in here.
  8. I have these two up on Ebay. They are perfect. Click here for the Right Side Click here for the Left Side
  9. Awesome pics. Thanks for that. I am guessing you just cut the plastic bushing down flush on the side that looks like there is no bushing in the a-arm, or are you going to install the full plastic bushing?
  10. I think I am going to pick up a set of YFZ spindles and do it right. I have put in a question regarding the shock length. Here's some pictures of them.
  11. Thanks. This info is excellent. I'll look at it and see if I can find myself a cheap set of 450 spindles so I don't have any downtime when it is time to reassemble. I'm not too crazy about the idea of the tires leaning inwards.
  12. I picked up the a-arms, and tie rods for free. I was planning on using the stock banshee spindles. Am I able to? I would like to retain roughly stock ride height. The Elka's were mounted on a 450 SE model on stock 450 SE arms.
  13. I don't need these anymore. I have decided to go with a yfz450 front end. Thanks to all that pm'd.
  14. The Elka's are the stock 450 length, I believe. They are the shocks that they sell for the 450's with stock arms.
  15. I just picked up a YFZ450 front end for my shee build. I have to get shocks, and am having trouble deciding which to get. I can pick up a set of used very little Elka Dune edition shocks in great shape for $350. Should I fit the bill and get those, or just spend the $175-$200 to get the stock YFZ shocks? The Elka's certainly look alot better, and the bike will be black and red, so they will suit the bike wicked. The other side of things is that this is a ground up build from an old, beat up chassis, so it's costing me quite a bit of cash to do, and there's still alot of parts that I need to get and could put the additional $150 or so towards. So, are they worth getting and holding the build off a bit, or should i just opt for the 450 shocks? I do have to say though, I am leaning towards the Elka's.
  16. anybody?????
  17. Is that bumper bent? I need one in excellent condition. A radiator has been purchased.

    WTB: Intakes

I am looking for a BOSS billet intake for a set of 33mm carbs. Their 35mm intakes will work perfect.
  19. I said screw it and ordered the plain Holeshots. The supplier ended up sending the wrong tires in, so they gave me some Razr 2's for the same price. I paid $245, taxes in, Cdn. for the set of 4. I know they are heavier, but they are a tougher tire, so I'll run 'em. Hopefully they work well.
  20. I need a pair of nice front shocks for my Shee. PM me with what you have to offer. Aftermarket or stock.
  21. I'll take those intakes
  22. Are there aftermarket or oem lower ball joints available? I noticed the ball joint is only held in with a snap ring, and is removeable. Where can I find a pair?
