  2. i for one wouldnt knock on anything from fast racing i ordered parts and gadgets from there yesterday and he even took the time to explain the sync tool for the carbs to me and still yet made same day shipping within literally about 20 min! and i ordered other things from rocky mountain atv and that wont be here till next wednesday and jeff is gettin it to me on monday.

  6. ha no its ridiculous like it wasnt this stiff at all when it had the tors on it and i took that off and now its harder than japanese arithmitic
  7. i routed it the easiest way and there isnt even any carbs on it just the needles hanging and it was stiff as hell....does anyone know if the springs will work on the stock carbs? could i cut some off?
  8. have a few questions, first. the F.A.S.T racing longer carb top adjusters... it says that you will dinally be able to get FULL throttle? is this true or are they not a good idea. second. i removed my tors with the motion pro kit and now my throttle is harder than hell to push and i was thinkin about their lighter springs yes or no? and what else can i do to not kill my thumb because its ungodly stiff :geek:
  9. kevin is a great guy i talked to him today to finish my transaction to get my cylinders finally on their way and he knows his shit he talked to me about the difference in all the porting and gave me a breakdown on the difference of the ports and what makes the biggest difference and everything he said the difference from stock to his porting is like that of takin a car and putting a turbo with a shot of nitrous on it
  10. well kevin from HJR said 340 mains and everything else where i had it. and also that my cylinders are done and one the way back! goin from stock to all these mods im anxious to see how shee runs!
  11. thats why i said or best offer and that was a deal you passed up blasters in good condition and a few mods go for 1500 at least all day long.
  12. the first one is a 2000 blaster with toomey pipe, bored with wiesco piston, ported, head milled 30 thou, timing advanced +4, v force 2 reed system, oil injection block off, k and n filter, 14t front sproket, kenda scorpion rear 20x10x8, tusk nerf bars, heavy duty clutch springs kill switch, prm rear grab bar, parking brake block off, ac racing front bumper, red candy frame black plastics. the second is a 96 blaster that has a black metal flake frame all stock except for a fmf silencer and oil injection block off. it needs rebuilt and a throttle cable and rear brake cable. black plastics. al other parts i have takin off like headlights and such ill include since i wont need them ill post pics if anyone is interested and if you know anyone interested let me know ASAP if i dont get these sold i might lose my shee! ill travel max 100 miles im in the northeast part of indiana
  13. ok for future reference i wanna know a ball park jettin for my shee im 1000 ft above sea level and my cylinders are somin back with a mx port job from HJR and i have dmc alien pipes, k&n clamp ons timing advanced +4, v force 2 reed valves, stock head milled 35 thousandths, tors removed. the jetting currently has 280 mains needle on the 3rd clip. and stock pilots. only reason there is 280 mains is because the person that owned it before had dyno port exhaust on it and it ran rich as sin....so any help towards the right direction would be helpful thanks!

  15. just wondering for those of you who have a HJR port job...how fast was the turn around time they arrived there the 21st...and im just wonderin how quickly tou guys got yours back. im gettin anxous to put it all back together
  16. yep the tusk ones are NICE too they are nice and thick and look awesome i got mine for 75 bucks in red and went ahead and ordered a sdet for my lil blaster for 75 too.... they seem pretty strong too
  17. ok i have a timing advance plate and so today after the tors removal im doin some odd and end stuff while my jugs are at HJR but anyways im trying to take off the plastic cover....you know the black one....and these damn phillips screws WILL NOT BUST LOOSE i have tried em all and none are budging! whats the best way to get these loose and have any of you guys had this problem

  19. did those of you that have done this all drill and tap the holes yourself? i have had alor of expierience drillin and tappin i was just wonderin how many of you did it yourself and if anyone ever messed up
