I am running avgass 100ll motor is not getting hot ar anything it's really weird. I'm at sea level maybe I should back down to 21's?

I cant figure this out... 4 mill long rod dune\play port cool head 20cc domes .020over wiseco 795's + 4 timing rad valve 32mm mikuni flatslides k&n pods T5's It has happened twice now and its really bothering me. Its not detonating or overheating. One thing though, I have to gap my plugs really close like .022 or it will break up on top end. C'mon guru's, throw some knowledge my way! Thanks, Profilact

Stupid? Ha. Who's bragging? Just stating the facts. That bike runs hard, just not as hard as mine. It has all the goodies, except for pipes. I was very close to going cub with my build this year, but I didn't want to shell out 4-600 for the right pipes after the cost of the cub. Thats a lot of setting up with a cub just to beat my little stock cyl bike. Whats the point?

No offense, but have you even SEEN a crank? If you start piling on material with a mig, it will never spin true. How long have you been welding?

Do a compression check to find your octane requirments. While timing is a factor, compression is the main factor.

Looks like the throttle closed swithc from iside the throttle housing. If it is shorted to itself your bike will not run - assuming you still have the TORS

Whats faster: your raptor or banshee? Just asking cause I have a friend that has the same raptor - 2008 just different colors.

Silly? I'm not the one who comes on here spouting out info on porting and then crying about actually doing the porting. THATS silly! Dune\Play port and T-5's. Yeah maybe the cub wasnt setup right, but thats not my problem. Point is, it got beat by my banshee, which begs me to ask: How does yours run again? T-5's for the win!

Its your call...I can tell you that when i replaced mine this year I had about .065 on the left and .043 on the right. It still ran fine, but for how much longer?

F those PT P.O.S. pipes. I just rode and then outran a 421 cub with those pipes on it. What a dog. My little FAST ported stock cyl stoker walked all over it.

I or someone else on here I am sure can sell you some like new stock carbs

You have some pretty deep grooves in that basket. Any problems with clutch not fully engaging\disengaging at all?
