  7. so it runs great except when u wheelie?? or does it run shitty when ur goin slow too
  8. dont use a drill to tap the threads use a hand wrench, blow them out real good to when your done, i got the vitos kit and it came with directions but you can also youtube it, you gota sync your carbs after too
  9. as long as the seal fits good and mounts flush all the way around you should be good
  10. its easy i just did mine, just go slow when your drilling and use some oil on the bit and tap, just make sure you file the boss's down good enough or the idle screws wont touch the slides
  11. list your mods if you have any, as for the tors you can unplug the box under the gas tank it will run fine but it wont idle if you broke one of those screws, and when you got it started did it rev up or what?
  12. its not the outside that matters its the inside, if its smooth its good if its not get a new one
  13. theres a link to the service manual at the top of this forum it might be in there so check that out, or theres to bolts under the carrier those should be out the same(count the threads)
  14. go with the 16 if you want top end, i run the 16/41 and it pulls great in every gear, and still rips 2nd gear donuts on pavement, and by lookin at your mods your bike has more power than mine so youll be fine
  15. try it at +4, you just gota adjust it to where your bike likes it
  16. its not that tough of a job, ive done it twice on my old blaster, you might not need to get the carrier (once you have it apart then you can decide what all you need). there should be an axle sleeve in there too that might be torn up 1st find the master link on the chain and seperate the chain. then tires, hubs, axle nuts, sprocket hub, brake caliper and rotor, then pull it out or beat it with a BFH depending on how bad its torn up inside
  17. i got one, ive sent it back once already and now the speed/distance stuff doesnt work and neither does the temp, the things junk after about 6 months to a year
  18. i got a few places ride, but let me know of any spots yall know about close to jacksonville
  19. temp is 85 to 95 degrees at sea level
  20. it runs great now im gonna put in 240 mains and remove the rubber nozzle part of the airbox until i get some pipes
  21. so if it bogs with the airbox lid off then it needs to be more rich, correct? and i can do this by turning my air screw in, but if its turned out less than .5 i need a larger pilot?
