  1. hey guys you can have what ever you want from the site and use it anywhere you like. have fun.
  2. uh, iv been sick all day long, real nice day out today and i spent the whole day sleeping. Ugg. Anyways, the website deal. heres the deal, the first time the site went away becasue I switching hosts, and I lost everything in the process. I still had all my picutres on my hard drive, but I didnt have the pages of the site saved. I asked a buncha folks here how to transfer the website from host to host and I totally screwed it up. I thought I had the pages saved on my hard drive and that I could just re-upload em to the new host, I'm still not sure what I did wrong, im not a website guru(just look at how the banshee zone is laid out  ) but I guess when I seen the webpages in "my network places" I guess I was veiwing them while they were still on the old host's server, while I thought I was looking at them saved on my computer. Does this make sense ? Cause Im not really sure if that what happened. I do know that I did not have the pages saved to my computer. And the site was gone forever. But I still switched hosts, 2 years ago in April, and started working on a new bansheezone, but this new zone would only be used for hosting my pictures and videos. Turned out that I added a whole buncha of pages to the new site over the past two years, check out the site, you'll see em.... fast forward to today, my hosting runs out soon, end of April I think. If I want to pay 8 bucks a month for hosting, i have to buy 2 years worth, which is $190 bucks..... which I'v decided to not pay. I figure If I need to host my pictures, i'll go the free route like everyone else does and use one of those online photo storage places, I have YouTube and others that will host my videos and Ebay will host my pictures for a mere 15 cents a peice when I put up an auction. So the BansheeZone #2 is going to die just like BansheeZone #1 did. I hope this clears up the confusion. Long story short, TBZ will gone for good this time. denny
  3. hey guys I have a website called "the banshee zone", had for a coupla years now. Well I'm pretty sure I'm not going to renew my hosting contract so the website will be soon gone from the inna-net. I just wanted to tell yas that if there is any pictures or anything you guys wanna save to your hard drive, you better snag the pictures ASAP. I think I have about 3 more weeks left before the site goes down for good. The Banshee Zone -denny
  4. GNCC ATV Race Report Borich Wins Another Thriller Against Ballance at Steel Creek GNCC Bryan Cook grabs podium with third Morganton, NC
  5. Here's a cool site for metric Ti bolts... http://www.racebolts.com/
  6. Oh please, you are so wrong, it reminds me of some of the crazy comments made during the last presidential election like~~~~> "Liberals will ban ATV's" Truth is, its the right wing conservative christains that are the censorship nuts in this country. You can't have conservative values AND allow the bouncin' boobs sig. Remember, its the Conservative Republicans that are the "family values" and "uber-religious" party, and they're the leaders of censorship in America. Ask Howard Stern.
  7. i just watched a titanium axle sell on ebay. it was for a 250r tho
  8. Chris Borich wins round 3 !! Bill Ballance takes second place and Bryan Cook took 3rd place. Series points after 3 races have Bill Ballance at 59 points and Chris Borich one point behind him with 58. http://www.quadzoneforums.com/forums/attac...mp;d=1174851483
  9. Tomorrow is round three of the season. "Steele Creek" Morganton, NC Borich vs Ballance. Two weeks ago these two were rubbing tires and yellin at each other coming through the pits. Expect to see the killer b's bumper to bumper all race long. I know Chris is fired up for this race. Morning race starts at 10 am and the afternoon race starts at 1pm. EST. The Pro class races in the afternoon race. Live coverage at ATVRiders and Quadzone's forums. Go to the "GNCC" section for the live race updates. I'll miss tomorrow's morning race because I have to work this weekend, but I will def be on ATVriders.com following the afternoon race. Go Go Borich !!

  12. ya i used a garden hose when i stripped the frame. good tip
  13. Thats 9 pounds..... of rotating mass. very cool.
  14. I just finished up a set of brackets for a jeep cherokee front bumper that were powder coated. I sprayed up the brakets with the stripper and the old PC scraped right off, altho I will say it was harder to remove the pc off the brackets than it was to remove off the A-arms. My biggest concern with the AC stripper is the chemicals left on the metal. I wipe everything down really really really good, the I pre-heat the part and then I sandblast it after it cools. Pre heat a second time and then spray it. Im pretty sure I have all 100% of the AC stripper chemicals off the metal. On another note, don't get this stuff on your skin, it burns like hell. almost forgot. I tried the stripper than comes in a can and you put it on with a brush. It sucked. Dont use it. Get the spray on stuff, shake it up really good and give it time to cook before you go scrapin'.
  15. the trans red looks great when you see it in person. I got a new digi camera and I still cant take good pictures. I figured you guys would dig the a-arms. Theres not many set of these made for the 250r. Im pretty sure they were only made for smiley and ballance.
  16. The champ runs custom ars\fx aarms to fit his chopped YFZ narrow frame 5 times womens class champ, factory yamaha rider Traci Cecco
  17. no i dont know matt smiley. i got the arms from a freind of a freind kinda deal, they were smileys and i had a freind who was selling them. They were never used and came bare metal. Smiley ran arsfx a-arms his last year on a 250r. So did bill ballance that year. That was the 2003 season. The 2004 gncc season everyone was racing 450s. So I got em. Chris borich used ars\fx suspension in the 05 and 06 seasons and he finished 2nd both years behind ballance. Traci Cecco is winning every gncc this year, shes racing with ars\fx this year. The arms were designed with the help of custom axis. Not sure of the whole story but Mike hallock from custom axis was somehow involved with arsfx arms. I put these a-arms on and ran em for a full summer of riding. I was using the wrong length front shock(long story) so I took em off before I broke something(neck). I have a set of gullwing Roll Design arms on right now. Its a cool lookin A-arm also. I have a matching ars\fx swingarm to match the A-arms. The swingarm is a no-link design. I have a matched Custom Axis no link rear shock for it. RPM taper carrier and Dominator Axle. Its gonna be fun to ride. ya'll wanna see the swingarm ? I got a new digi camera to play with, id be happy to take pictures  And ya the frame is black too. flat black
  18. i didnt see anything on rpm's website, but i know they sold em in the past. heres the website. RPM two words. carbon fiber :ninja:
  19. I think RPM makes an alum axle....
  20. ya a 250r.
  21. these arms were pc'ed by a guy on another atv forum. he's a very popular guy for powdercoating stuff, so i'm assuming he does good work. the translucent red pc held up for 2 years that i rode with em, I had a few nicks in the pic tho. Translucent red is a sprayed in atleast two coats, so ya hafta figure this red pc was laid on pretty thick. The stripper mowed it right down. I used one can of stripper and did all four a-arms. If you let the stripper on too long it will dry up and the PC wont strip off, Iv found that 20 minutes is the right time to start scraping it off. I take the bulk of it off with that putty knife and then hit up the tight spots with that orange wire brush.
  22. Finished A-arm. The color is Black Texture.
  23. Sandblasted....
  24. More Translucent Red
