Traded my wifes 96 polaris sport 400 for a 87 banshee. Polaris needed a counter balancer and water pump shaft. Everything is pretty tight on the banshee minus front left J arm bushing. Runs but is ill, have not dove into it yet. Toomey t-3 pipes, TORS removed, pro flow adapter, really meaty razor 2's and a ROOST BOOST IGNITION IGNITOR? WTF? Seems like a boost bottle gimmick...is it worth selling when I take it off?

These run extremly hard. Ive seen it beat some 4 mils...

BINGO! Cool heads do have advantages but cooling is just not one of them!

My testing was not done in a scientific environment but I assure you Zilla I am not making these temps up. Lots of people make lots of money off cool heads. I could take video....same bike same outside temp cool head and milled stock head and people would still doubt it. Cool heads to have their place, swaping out domes, looking cool, ect.

70% chance I will be there. Me T-shee and RunDMC all live pretty close to one another so if anyone is coming thru Indiana and has room hit me up. Or I would give someone $ to haul my bike and ill fly out on a small plane.

Ive ran a stock milled head @.20 followed up a cool head then back to stock milled head @.30 then back to cool head ..Cool heads do not run 1 degree cooler than stock heads. I tried a bunch of different shit and the only think that actually lowered temp was engine ice by about 8 degrees. Domes are at least $50 you can buy a stock head for that much and have it milled. O-rings are $20.00...studs leak......That being said I have a red modquad head that looks really cool.....but thats all it does...looks cool. all these temps came from a hrc digital temp gauge

Ive had t-5's, dmc 916s, fattys and t3's on my old J-arm banshee. These r2's pull hard. I would put them in a tie with my t3's. The chrome is awesome. The paint wont last any longer than one.

Pipes have two dents that are pictured but both are pretty small. They are older DMCs so the chrome is not junk. The pipes shine up nice but I would put the chrome at a 6/10. These pipes sound awesome and are one of my favorites. I am located in central Indiana. $200 shipped.

Bah I had to get in on epic thread. Yea a lot of questions on here may seem like bullshit and stupid to you but not to the person asking the questions. I'm one of the guys asking questions and 100% of the time they get a good answer. Everyone had to start of somewhere at some point. Its not like people were born with the ability to work on banshees. People should not be flammed for asking questions.
