  1. Thanks guys!! I have a ton of money in this bike, but there is no way anybody will pay what you have in it now days. I figure what I am asking is about what I can get out of it right now. Maybe somebody will buy it and get some good use out of it.
  2. I know, I know, there are tons of banshees for sale right now, but I figured I would throw mine up for sale too. I have two other bikes and I just dont ride this one that much. It only has about 10 hrs on it since I rebuilt it last summer. It is a 2000 with a clear title. I replaced every part on this bike with aftermarket or new oem parts, from the tires to the plastics. I'm asking $3,500. For $200 more I will personally deliver it anywhere in the US. My nams is MIke Smith, I am in Austin, TX. My # is 512-415-4528. Stock stroke 350- New crank trued and welded by FAST Dune ported cylinders by HJR-.20 over Noss head with 19cc domes- 180psi at 600' elevation Billit intake from FAST with 33 PWK's and pods Magnum basket with FAST clutch and cascade pancake bearing Alba +2+1 a-arms with elka dune edition shocks +4 SLC Quadcustoms ladder swinger with rebuilt stock shock There is way to much to list. I can be reached anytime for question at the # above.
  3. What's on your mind?

  4. All the dunes are privatly owned, but different people own different sections. Only one section is open to public use. It's a huge section though, and fun to ride. I was there a couple months ago. The new owners charge around $10 a day for riding. If you google Kermit sand hills you will find the website. It's best to call ahead and get the gate code. They keep the gate locked and cell service sucks out there. Well Sprint anyways.
  5. For sale- pair of Chariot reed cages with Boyesen dual stage reeds. These have about 6 hours of use. Perfect shape. $100 shipped. PayPal.
  6. You will like the 450r once you mod the hell out of it. LOL, But it will never give you the rush your banshee did. My TRX has a pipe, cam, filter, carb mods, and the head is ported by Rage, and it still feels like a slow ass turd after riding my banshee. Don't get me wrong, I love the honda in the woods, trails, and MX track, but I would NEVER get rid of my banshee.
  7. I am helping a friend of mine jet his bike, and I have never seen a bike like such small pilots. This is a new topend that he just had (dune)ported. It's a stock stroke, stock cylinder setup with CPI's and 33pwk's. The elevation here is 650'.Noss head with 19cc domes, Chariot reed cages with boyesen dual stage reeds. The carbs have 155 mains, CGL needle middle clip, and 35 pilots. We started with 48 pilots and the bike wouldn't even idle. The more we jet down the better it gets, but even with the 35's in it,it still has a slight bog right off idle. This is really odd to me. Most bikes with a similar setup like around 45 pilots.
  8. 1) What type of aftermarket exhaust do you have? CPI's 2) What type of airfilter do you have? K&N pods 3) Are you a)running a stock airbox with lid stock airbox with NO lid c) Stock airbox with vents d) no airbox at all none 4) What is your elevation? 600' 5) What size pilot jets are you using? 38's 6) What size main jets are you using? 165's 7) What temperature is your Banshee jetted for? 80-90 8) Do you have a port job? HJR dune port 9) What kind of carbs? Pwk's 10) What size carbs? 33's 11) CEL needles, clip in the middle
  9. Might as well replace them all while you have the cases split. Jeff sells a kit that contains all the seals you will need.
