  1. It looks like you have it bacwards because the DMC's really help in the mid range to top end power and somewhat of torque. The only other option it looks like he is selling you is the Aliens because that is the only other silencers than the 916's
  2. In his reply I think he is saying one clip down from where you are or the second clip down from the blunted end because you already tried the middle clip. Honestly if that doesnt turn out well then just try the clip on the 4th clip from the blunted end
  3. So your on the 5th clip from the blunted end I think that is too much. If it idles fine with 27.5 pilots then keep them but 30 pilots with the air screws 2 turns out seem just as good. Try the 4th clip because me myself might need a clip change and we have very similar mods.
  4. For pods you dont need to go too much higher than what his mods are
  5. If DMC reccomends 300's my plugs were white with those settings. I have the exact same mods only aliens and bumped it up to 320 and it should seem good on the top end. As for the pilots IMO 30 pilots dont seem to have such a big effect idling and starting off. And for the needle if it really doesnt have any mid range then you should lower it one clip so its a little richer and go from there.
  6. If it runs good I dont think the jetting is affecting you fouling so many plugs because it already looks on the lean side a tad

  8. 330 mains are too big if you decide to run your full air lid with the intake snorkel. If thats the case 280's should be suitable
  9. Your FMF pipes are really good for the trails because they help on the low end a lot. If your looking for a good all around power pipe I would go with the T-5's. In my opinion for mid-top end power I would recommend DMC pipes because they really hit the power in that range.

    I am looking for after market shocks in good shape for a banshee that are stock length and either utilize +2 or +3 a-arms
  16. What are you running right now. I would say 300 is a good starting point
  17. I would go 2 main jet sizes smaller
  18. I never used my banshee with the lid off all i know is that the plug is white if you run with the lid off with 300 mains. If you run with the lid off 320 mains is good with 30 pilots. If you take the snorkel off 290 mains and 30 pilots is good.
  19. I doubt you will have to change your jetting. You should be good with the jets you got now.
  20. 280 mains with the lid off your way too lean because I tried 300 with my lid off and was still lean. The most your should do if it is starting to get a little wet is take the snorkel off and jet to 290 mains. That was what I used when I was running that setup with my aliens.
  21. Use the 30 pilots my bike doesn't seem to rich with aliens and 30 pilots. You wouldn't really see a gain in power with the complete lid on. I would suggest taking the snorkel off.
  22. as far as the high reving goes thats probably the pilot jet and air screw adjustments. If your carbs are still open what are the pilot jets dialed too.
  23. 180 mains should be good for a completely stock bike at 5000' elevation.
