  1. oh my bad I thought you had the full setup my numbers are off. But I would try like 260 and work down. I use my stock pipes as anchors that are full of cement
  2. you could go down a size on the main but if there is no noticeable bogging than that should be good
  3. The pipes and silencers right. 310 or 320 should be a good starting point
  4. Well your jetting is actually really good it is just the main that needs to come down 1-2 sizes. Only the main is rich.
  5. I don't think that is his plug after a plug chop, but either way your main is way too rich
  6. The bike most likely wont start with that kind of jetting with the stock filter and no lid. I tried it an it was no good.
  7. Pro circuits are for sure a good low end pipe. I have DMC's and it seems like I have a lot more top end power although there is a torque increase.
  8. Maybe you should start off rich like 290 then move your way down. 30 pilots should be good. Surprised DMC helped you, I try to ask them about jetting and one of the guys had such a bad attitude and just told me to look at the site.
  9. to tell if your plugs are being tightened in the first place check the ring where it sits on the cylinder head. Or in other words the metal seal that is movable from the start of the threads. It should be a dark gray to a black color. If it is not, or it is sooty air is passing thorugh and you need to tighten them more.
  10. here ya go for all the info. http://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,1607,7-153-1...34760--,00.html
  11. I second that. Had the same shipper too worked out pretty well.
  12. oh yea forgot to mention what air filter are you running?
  13. if the 330's are good keep them. You have the passage way cut out an I dont so you have more airflow. I am running 300's and it also seems like it is bogging as if it is getting no gas. You said you didnt know what pilots you had right? I'd check it out and adjust the airscrews from there. I bog when you try to punch it when your completely stopped but I think it is the average no torque 2-stroke
  14. I know what your talking about I still have that passage way in. I have the same problem that it literaly almost dies at idle when you try to give it gas. I think it is just the pilot/ airscrew on my part. It might be the same problem with yours.
  15. what changes have you done to your airbox?
  16. What mods did you do to your air box. e.g: air lid taken off, air box removed, snorkel removed
  17. hold on what??? your carbs should have the same settings and jets in them. If it works fine with the filter off bump down only one size on the mains and maybe the pilots. What are you running in there now?
  18. It just makes the bike have a different sound, and adds no power.
  19. I think it was a matter of luck because I ordered from ASR really friendly people my shipper was Mike who was very helpful and within a couple of days got my product bolted it on and the order was correct becuase I ordered +3+1 and the order wasn't messed up. Got the right product and pretty happy with them. Guess it was a matter of luck.
  20. I cant seem to figure it out, 300 mains 30 pilots and 3rd groove snorkel removed seems like a bog at WOT. Then I take my lid off and the banshee bogs even more. Why. What should I be running
