I know but the midpipes are different. The 916 midpipes need to curve in a little more to reach each opening in the silencer. Right?

Put it in first go a little bit and then punch it and the front should come up. If not, thats why you can use your back up which is using the clutch to get it up which I dont recommend.

I am pretty sure the midpipes and the silencer is different on the 916 system rather than the alien system.

T-6's can work killer even with a mild port job. People underestimate them.

310-320 depending on what pipes you have?

If there are dents in it and he says that you only care about function. The dents will affect the function, which is delivering power.

Your giving numbers and not all the airbox mods are listed. 320 mains?? what if he is running a stock filter with cage you dont want to be higher than like a 260. Again filter brand is essential.

throw that piece of shit stock cage out and get an adapter plate that is secure. Then get your jetting right. If that is your only option and you have the whole lid on with the snorkel, how is the bike running throughout the throttle range

Someone broke into my house and took my banshee for a joy ride and the heim joint bolt that secures the lower a-arm to the caliper loosened up and got lost. Can someone tell me where to get a replacement.

my idle screws dont seem to do jack shit

turn your screws all the way in. Then go out 1/2 a turn at a time until the bike idles at the highest point. If the bike idles at the highest point at 1 1/4 turns out or less you need a bigger pilot.

Yea no reason you should be running 40 pilots. It goes #15-35 in increments of 2.5 and #35-65 of increments of 5. You want a 27.5 pilot but make sure when you specifically ask for them you say banshee pilot jets. Because the mikuni pilot jet that fits most carbs DONT fit banshee carbs. As far as the mains you want to be like 320-330 mains.

Ya manuals especially clymers are good. The main jet isnt connected to the cable or slide. It is sitting on the bottom of the carb where the floats are. Take the carbs off and unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom of the enire carb. You want to be at like a 320 main.

As far as the radiator hose my company puts a dent in the pipe to prevent them from touching but in your case just find a heat repelling tape and wrap the radiator hose with it so if they do touch nothing happens.

Making the fuel/oil ratio higher will make the bike run richer. You have nothing to worry about so throw that worry out the door. Running at 32:1 will make the bike run more lean with the jetting rather than running 50:1 which will make the jetting a little more richer since their is more fuel to burn.
