  1. Could you send some pictures to [email protected]
  2. You kind find rebuild kits here: http://www.procycledepot.com If i recall correctly when filling them up with nitrogen they need to be filled to 250psi
  3. I'm looking for a set of either black, blue, or silver hand guards with mounts for 1 1/8" bars thanks, matt
  4. keep a look out on flee-bay for the spindles, I got mine for $20 and the hubs w/rotors for $30 Also for tie-rods, I just bought speedy's and they are perfect length. I noticed that no one mentioned this but the stock yfz450 tie-rods will be too short when you run the yfz spindles. The only thing I haven't upgraded yet are the front calipers, but that will come soon. Yes stockers fit on the yfz450 spindles, you just need 1/4" longer mounting bolts. Last Saturday at Gorman
  5. no they will not. They will slip on but the snout of the hub is too long and the rear of the hub rubs.
  6. nope again
  7. Is it just me or is that a 90-91 Kawi Zx7 front fairing with one of the light ports blocked off?

    Frame wanted

I'm looking for a a-frame located in so-cal. It needs to have valid paperwork with it. I was talking with someone before about one but i lost contact with them. So as it says i'm looking for something local that i can pick up and has a title (preferbably a-frame before 04 so it has a green tag reg) thanks, matt
  10. one at a time is fine
  11. do you keep blowing the head gasket on the same cylinder?
  12. Got my axle nut at a great price and Fast. Thanks Man!
  13. I'll have to get back to you about running the 19.5 shocks, But I would recommend running the yfz450 spindles because you don't run the risk constantly maxing out ball joint travel.
  14. your right i only meant the holeshots
  15. Which spindles are you going to run, YFZ450 or the Banshee spindles? that will also determine how long of a shock you can run. You gain a few inches of travel with yfz450 spindles.
  16. x2 i run the 18x11-10 Fast Trekkers and they hook harder then the itp's and the razr2s on hard packed surfaces imo from my experience. Plus they are pretty light. Stocker yfz450 tires are bad ass too.
  17. pm sent
  18. Looking for one new or used.
  19. here is one build http://s426.photobucket.com/albums/pp349/nations_creations/
  20. There are several guys that have done it and have posted up their builds on the forum, do a search and you'll find them. From what I remeber getting the motor in the frame was pretty simple as long as you have decent fabracating skills. There was no need to chop up the frame, they just had to fab up a couple of motor mounts; the tricky one was the rear because the yfz motor mounts via the swing arm bolt. The biggest hurtle in the build is the pipes. Either aftermarket pipes will have to be modified to fit or custom pipes need to be made. if i have time i'll see if i can find the posts and send you the links.
  21. Payment sent on the ASV lever Assembly
  22. check the spindle, they bend easier then you would think
  23. I just trimmed the arms. Once I got all my measurements down, it only took about 5 mins a arm. I was originally going to cut the arms and run heims, but after i priced everything out it was getting out of control so i just trimmed them down and it works great. I left the bolt sleeves uncut and just made up some spacers out of some deleron (sp?) stock i had laying around. The whole project only took a matter of a couple of hours. I didn't want to relocate the arm mounts just in case I didn't like the setup.
  24. So far i've only riden it in the backyard and on pavement, so i can't really say how she'll handle on whoops and jumps. The front end tho feels much more stable and smoother then stock and it seems more responsive to my inputs.
