Does is start fine when its cold, what did you do to it after it broke? What is your current jetting, mods, elevation. Do a compression check on it if you haven't alraedy and let us know what the p.s.i. is.

Did the cable brake? Pull the lever and look at the clutch arm under the left carb and see if it is moving, if it is pull your clutch cover off and see whats going on with your clutch.

The 4mill may be rich. I think i ended up at 155 or 158 (cant remember it may even be lower than that). If its rich it wont rev out like you are saying.
