I have snapped a vitos crank with about 30 hours on it. They told me they would replace it. I send it, they call and tell me that the crank had at least 100 hours on from the wear it had. Fuck that, I got it new. They told me to buy another new one. Never again. Andy gets my vote.

Working out with weights slows down loss of lbs, but speeds up the fat loss. So I do both. The more muscle you have, the more cals you will burn, and naturally speed up your metabolism. I am not trying to bulk up either. I do lots of sets and reps with low wieght. Doing cardio only and diet you will deff drop 10-15lbs real fast. Diet is where its at. with me, it was not that I had to eat diet food all the time, I just stop eating bad food all the time. Retrospect it was easy. I eat more now than I did back then.

It started out as a pain in the ass. But within like 2 weeks, working out became more of a need. I would feel off all week if I missed a day. I started in September. It looks like a lot, but it was a slow process. Just keep switching up my diet to what ever works, and match my workout. Losing it slow makes it easy to keep it off.

A stock bike is pointless. You have a list mods that have to be done right from the start. So you are already in the hole. If you can not travel to find a better deal on a bike, you are better off getting a bike with the basic mods. Just clean it up, and build it they way you want. Or save and buy one already modded. Even in Jersey, I have seen nice modded bikes go for 4k.

What are you trying to do, maybe we can give you some better tips? Are you working with the clutch or the flywheel? I have also found out that if you can not find what you need using the search feature, go to google or yahoo and put banshee HQ after your key word and it will pull up filtered threads.

Sometimes, but not always the case. I had to use my truck to break the bead on my ITP mxr6. My skats came right off.
