  1. I like the looks of the Raptors but didn't know if the Raptor styling on a Banshee looks stupid. What's your opinion?

  4. The 2 into 1 carb setup was that way when I got it. I was told the porting was done at a shop towards the Grand Rapids area called R&B. Most of my riding will be trail riding and a few trips to the dunes.
  5. I just bought my first Banshee and wanted to know what kind of gains I'd see with a 4mil crank. As it sits right now it has a .20 over bore, port and polish job, stock head cut/re-chambered, Hot Rodz crank (stock stroke), weseco pistons, V-force 3 reeds, Trinity 2 into 1 35mm Keihin carb (airbox removed), Duncan Mid-range pipes with silencers. I've been tearing around on it and it is a blast but can definately handle more power. If it is worth it then can I just have the cylinders re-ported for the crank or is the porting a one time deal??
  6. So pretty much just a fast straight shooting machine. The swap wouldn't be a problem for me since I have the skills and tools, just was curious what others thought. I guess it probably wouldn't be that great for much trail riding or dunes then. I just liked the idea of lots of HP with little $$. And yup, it's definately no longer a banshee
  7. I did a quick search but didn't see anything really. For what it costs to build up the Banshee's motor, why don't more people just swap in a 600-1300cc bike or busa motor?? Are their powerbands that much different where they aren't any good for trail riding or what?
